We had a very average meal that did not taste of anything and the meat in the dish of the day was not chewable. The waiter did ask if everything was fine and I told it was not and he did not do anything - no complementary coffee or dessert. He also found out when he pretended the other dish that a main ingredient was missing. But did not bring it. Would not eat there again. Too bad service... Your dish with the poor meat should of course have been replaced immediately. Trying to find right place, where we had amazing dinner experience yesterday.As I cannot locate right name, but know it is just beside, hope once reading you will find way to that cozy, small room in old basement (very nice renovated).Pink champagne as welcome doing wit various snacks, not a bad start in lounge of Skodsborg Spa Hotel.Smiling waiter took us to our final "destination" where we should have life experience with top chefs Herman and Thomas Rode. They know how to make tasty and beautiful decorated dishes, but beside that if there was Oscar for entertainment and making food same time, they might have a chance.........To make long story short ( I also cannot remember all details, impossible for bit normal people ), they served many dishes and superb wines in 4 hours.Suddenly and unfortunately last question:do you want coffee in the lounge? Dinner is over!!!Can recommend very warm. Mortensmad is a gourmet and take-away store in Vedbaek with convenience food. You buy it, heat it and enjoy it. A home cooked meal in 20 minutes. We are looking forward to welcoming you to a great meal.

Super nice quality take-away food presented in a way, which beats some of the restaurants. You normally need to cook it for extra time in the oven at home, which is worthwhile waiting for. The only request for the menu is to add a vegetarian dish to the weekly selection, otherwise thumbs up!

We went there because it is apparently a good seafood restaurant in this posh area called Rungsted.The restaurant itself is a nice location : at the end of the port with a fantastic view to the Oeresund channel and swedish coast.We took a seafood big plate for 2. It arrived well presented but the seafood was deep frozen.My husband does not so much like to eat mussels and oyters so we decided to share between what he eats and not.The oyster had such a bad taste, you can even imagine! I was sick during the night.... So, no, horrible food : I will not recommend

A visit to Søllerød Kro is such a classic and well-orchestrated although yet relaxed experience. Situated in the most beautiful surroundings imaginable the restaurant serves amazing food, service is the very best you can get anywhere, wines are fantastic. It's just something very special.
