This is a an amazing place to be at. It is truly a culinary journey. So many flavours .... We choose the 9-course menu. In addition asked our waiter to advice us on the wine. The service was very good. All staff knew the insight of the dishes being served and were very polite.While I (unfortunately) don't speak french the staff did explained everything in English as was very passionate on the food. Cannot say any thing about the food as we did not get past the door. Our hotel had booked for us (did check that), but presumably they had a better offer. Poor.Hello, sorry but the hotel did a réservation but you have arrived, you didn't say your name. that the hotel had a reservation = So this evenight the restaurant was full with your reservation. We are very desapointed but il 's not necessary write " they had a better offer" it'is not true. Our english is not very good . See you another time. Léa & fred , sincerely.

We visited many restaurants in La Seyne during our recent vacation but this was my favorit.Wonerful view on the sea and pleasant interior decoration.We got some fresh Oyster as starter,so good and convenient,then we had a dish with a mix of several fishes in different cooking style and also this one was perfect.The lady was so gracious and gentle.Strongly suggested

Nous nous faisions un plaisir de passer une soirée au Bouchon. Grosse baisse malheureusement. Si les portions sont toujours aussi genereuses, les goûts sont moins subtils . Quelque chose a du changer en cuisine. Le vin au verre , unBourgogne était quelconque . Et le mauvais point ce sont les prix qui sur les plats ne sont pas à la baisse. Avec 2 verres de vin en tout, une entrée un plat pas de dessert ni café, on est au dessus de 45 euros par personne. Pas vraiment justifié... dommage

it was v busy even for this time of year as other places are not open on Sunday evening's. the service and food were very good. the pizzas were very tasty and food and drinks delivered quickly. all in all great find. highly recommended.

My family and I always go to La Griotte when in La Seyne. The service is excellent (we don't know how Sabrina runs the whole thing by herself- she's amazing!), its a family run business, humble and honest and excellent food. Not overcomplicated, just very good quality and classy food. Not pretentious at all. Just great. Sabrina and her father do a wonderful job. Great wine. Lovely quiet part of La Seyne. Calm atmosphere. GO HERE!!

We had a big cheese plate along with bacon and other meat products. Two bottles of rose wine and one bottle red wine. Everything was delicious and perfectly handled. The place has a humble menu but yet sufficient. We were extremely pleased. The prices are convenient. Recommended.
