Three stars may a be a little mean, but basically this is an expensive hotel restaurant offering a pale imitation of French and Italian cuisine. No point eating second rate European food when there is great Japanese food available nearby.There are key positives:- Excellent service- Spotless - in fact clinically clean- An easy, no hassle choice if you are staying in the Tokyu Izu Imaihama hotelThere are reasons to eat here: it just seems a shame to do so when visiting Japan. It is more a treat for Japanese visitors who want to try something different.
