The O'connors Irish Pub HAMMAM SOUSSE is the most exquisite place to eat and is truly the finest restaurant in town. Food & drink, you are welcome..
went to see the rugby in the bar cheap beer and also food great time will go back big screen and lots of seating
Went here agin to see if the enviroment(music) was better this timeNO...the same high level of music... a lot of smoking guests, no place WITHOUT smoking....the waiter didnt care , asking fore a table where there was no smokers arround...JUst SORRY ...no problem.. What is this attitude ??? They have to improve the smoking politic NOW.. Why dont they just arrange 125% procent of the table NO SMOKING... We really like to enjoy the flavor and taste of the nice and well prepared food. I recommend the the manager does something about this BIG problem fore the visiting tourist.....The food was excelent, but no interested service staff. STEP UP... The toilet was clean and tidey.Dear customer,Thank you for your feedback. We take note of your remark regarding the smoking policy where we are still in Tunisia far away from the european standards. A radical change will unfortunately have negative consequences for our activity. We hope to see you soon again in Tunisia and Bristol Plazza

Our Daughter is married to a Tunisian so we visit Sousse often to see family. We always meet friends at La Veranda as its right on the main drag so a great place to people watch. They do a range of Pizzas, omlettes,Begals, Ice creams Gooey cakes and an endless list of teas coffees and chocolate drinks. Its the cheapest place I have ever been to when compared to the UK and although the Waiters tend to favour the locals you do get served eventually.

We visited the place middayVery empty at this time , just 5 guests and us 3 pax.We had a table just inside the door..nice with fresh air..many..maybe all cafes and restaurants allow smokers all over.. A VERY BAD THING..well the servant was very pleasant and helpful..we had some beers and cola zero. Salad , bread, small Tunisien tapas. We had the local brick...very crispy and well done. It's like fillone with egg tuna onion and mash potato inside with Tunisia spices..+we had tomatosallad. It was nicely served and was really tasteful. The service was good and we got a nice "home" feeling. The toilet was ok but no paper to dry hands. The price was very good..cheap place...cost and relaxing placeMany thanks for your valuable comment Sten, and for taking the time to publish it ..Your good words will encourage us to do even better ..I did not quite understand your note ânice with fresh air..many..maybe all cafes and restaurants allow smokers all over.. A VERY BAD THING" ..We are a no-smoking restaurant ..Maybe you are referring to the smell of incense which comes from burning light sticks of amber (smoke), which we feel is in harmony with the arabesque style and character of the restaurant and the âspiritâ of the whole ancient Medina ..Also, whenever a customer informs us of his/her discomfort of said fragrance/smoke, we remove it immediately.Regarding your note âno paper to dry handsâ, itâs really strange as the paper towel dispenser is verified every 20mn all day long, and so are the toilets. We keep a large stock of paper towels, toilet paper and other janitorial consumables at all times. On behalf of the whole Dar Soltane team, to whom I passed your message, it was a pleasure to welcome and serve you ..We hope to see you again ..!

5 of us Turned up on the off chance as spotted from a distance on the harbour. Lucky to get a table as there was a graduation party on but itâs Best restaurant weâve found in port El Kantaoui. More like fine dining. Lovely room with air con, There was a live singer donât know if this was just on a sat night or for the party but he was really good. Lovely ambiance and setting overlooking the harbour. Attentive service, friendly staff & lovely presented food. Starter of beef carpaccio was lovely as was the prawn cocktail and duck we all had steak which was thick and juicy and the blue cheese sauce was really nice. Shame they had no muscles or oysters as it had been too hot to trust them the waiter said so weâre hoping they will have them next week. Very Reasonable priced wines & the Chardonnay was lovely. Had a really lovely evening. Will definitely be returning during our holiday.
