The restaurant is not easy to find, since you have to overpass a street walk in between to another restaurant and a store, but it worths. The French touch of the Chef made a miracle, tranforming the very low quality and standardized local cuisine in something finally really good and fifferent. Unfortunately we had a very limited experience (classic burger and loabster soaghetti) but it was enough to get an overall evaluation. It was the first loabster in Bocas that was not hard to chew because overcooked, but juicy and tasteful, with a perfect French style sauce. And accompanied by al dente spaghetti! It was a pity that is was our last night in Bocas, there were a lot of other inviting recipes to taste. Definitely, the unique restaurant I can really recommend here.

Being in Bocas during off season (mid May), we patiently waited for this restaurant to be open. We could view it daily from our room Balcony at the Tropical Suites hotel. The tables out on the dock into the water, the cloth napkins and the promise of French food and lobster kept us waiting. Cash only was okay too. Finally, we got to eat there only to discover that they did not have lobster. Unfortunately, lobster comprised many of their dishes. I had the shrimp/calamari skewers. Shrimp was well seasoned but the calamari was so tough I had to stab it from afar to get my fork into it. My husband had chicken which was small and greasy - to the point he is feeling the aftermath this morning. We both chose vegetables which appeared to be a variety but were so over cooked, you really could not tell. A pile of mush that was inedible. If they had real French food, it might be better but there is much better food to be had from places that donât make claims to be what they are not. Too bad. We think the owners are a young couple since we saw them pull up on a boat on Sunday. We wish them good luck for the future.Thank you for your visit,First of all, yes we are French and offering French cuisine with locals and fresh products.Sorry you had to wait for our opening hours from 11am till 11pm to come for dinner.Sorry, that you couldn't try our lobster dishes but in Bocas del Toro we respect the nature and let the lobster breed for few months. Sorry that you didn't realize we offered other option and special dishes to replace the ones missing (seafood pasta, grilled fish and tropical burger).Sorry that you didn't appreciate our dishes such as the Roasted chicken with is a half chicken cooked in the oven without any grease but only fresh thyme and our skewers made with fresh products everyday. As are our fresh vegetables grilled with olive oil.As we remember you finished you plate and seemed to enjoy it...We are French and offer French food, hope see you next time and make you enjoy French cuisine!

This little quaint French restaurant had the best breakfast in Bocas del Toro. The offerings from the omelettes to the fresh juices are superb. The young couple running the place are incredibly welcoming and gracious. This is a must to stop while in Bocas.
