A popular restaurant at the Keflavik airport. There is something for everyone. Drinks, sandwiches, sweets and even regular meals can be purchased. We decided to have a meal. You go up to a kiosk and tell them what you want. There is no table service. My daughter said the âFish and Chipsâ was OK. I did like the pork stir-fry with Oyster sauce over white rice. There was a superb mixture of flavors to entice my taste buds. The dish was better than what I expected. There are a number of seats just outside the restaurant. We wanted a nice meal before our flight home and found this cafe open on Easter. Fun vibe inside, delicious fresh burgers (including vegan options!) and fries, caring staff and excellent service. Plus a view of the water! A wonderful last meal in Iceland.

Issi has the best fish and chips. We had fish and chips at 3 different locations in Iceland, but this was the best. No place inside to eat so you must eat in your car or take to your room. Picnic tables outside when the weather is conducive.

Grab&Go in south terminal

This place was a great little takeout cafe area with seating past the cash registers. I was able to sit by the windows and enjoy the views of Iceland and planes taking off and landing. I enjoyed a refreshing Icelandic beer and the cashier was very helpful with a bottle opener. It was very helpful that they accepted Euros and American dollars. There were also tons of snacks and pre-made sandwiches.

This location is near the airport and may be very helpful to travelers arriving early in the morning as many restaurants and even grocery stores do not open until 10:00! This place is open early and late, has many of the same menus items familiar in the States, and is easy to find not far off the main road from the airport and on the way to both the city and the Blue Lagoon.
