You may have heard about Kumru. It's the fast food type answer for what to eat in Izmir. And this place is I think the best to try Kumru. There are lots of other places but I suggest visiting Bostanli and taste Kumru here. Besides that, you may find lots of snacks and drinks in Omur's menu. Kumpir is another thing to try. A cosy atmosphere welcomes you. To reach there you can take the Bostanli ferry from Konak or even walk 20 mins. from Karsiyaka.

Nothing really special about this place. Okay, it might be one of the best one in Izmir, but I cannot really justify giving anything above 3 stars.Quality of ingredients are poor. Especially the dough.Would not really recommend anyone this place. Sadly I don't really have an alternative, so best to avoid pizza in Izmir.
