Stayed the night in Colwyn Bay on NYE. Popped in here to grab food. The food was delicious, fresh and very good value. The staff were very friendly and the food was piping hot. We had a donor wrap with chips and a chicken kebab with chips both with salad and sauce. When we visit Colwyn Bay again we will come back to Bay Grill.

We spotted this restaurant and really fancied some nice fish & chips. We were not disappointed, the service was speedy and the food was excellent. This is a really nice traditional fish and chip restaurant. Based on our experience I would highly recommend a visit here.

Fabulous freshly made pizza, wraps and fries, all fresh cooked and tasty. Kofta wrap was superb, too die for. Nice and clean friendly staff.

This chippy offers table service & it's well worth it. Service was prompt and friendly, There's a great choice on the menu, not just the usual fish in batter. We chose a sharing platter (- fish each and a decent portion of chips between us) and a really good cuppa. The hake was really tasty and moist. Well worth diverting off the A55 for a meal!

Ordered tandoori mixed grill, madras sauce, chicken dansak and keema nan all with pilau rice. When I picked it up the place looked a bit run down and the staff looked scruffy. I was really surprised how good the food was. It is nice to be able to see into the kitchen and your food being cooked. The place could do with a clean and a lick of paint but food was excellent!

Glorious Bank Hols decided to take trip to the coast and try this fish and chip shop I have passed so many times before. Their crown didn't disappoint.... is there anything better than eating your supper on the front....? Better than that the fish actually melt in the mouth.... I couldn't eat it all sadly but definitely plentiful and satisfying. If I had to make one criticism (and its s personal choice) I prefer the more Chinese style curry sauce not one with the lumps in.... We will definitely return!

Easily the most consistently good takeaway I visit. Always very good with generous portions, this time it was sweet & sour chicken in batter with fried rice . Will be returning soon for more.Keep the good work up.

We tried the Rhos Tandoori rather than our regular Indian take away as it had been recommended by friends.The service was good during the ordering process, the food was prepared in reasonable time. Unfortunately, the food missed the levels and depth of flavour that we have from our favourite take away. Although we had different curry's there were far too similar in flavour.It was ok, but certainly not outstanding.

Two visits over recent weeks Both times the portion size was inconsistent one burrito being a good size the other like a sausage rollLarge orders prepared slowly causing food to be cold when eatenI really like this place having had excellent food here in the past but enough sadly is enough. Hi, That does make me sad. We are a family business with all the staff trying their hardest to personally serve you as you see what goes into you meal. The size does depend on what you want it in. If you say fully loaded it's going to be bigger and if you want chicken with lettuce etc only it will look different. Also everyone who rolls a burrito will have a different technique so they will look different. All burrito must be rolled so all the ingredients from the salad bar that are cold and hot items placed inside your burrito are in lines so each bite you get a mix.. When people order once finished we do put them in the warmer until everyone is finished. If you want to hold on to your items thats fine too. We do try and prepare up to 4 meals at the same time unless customers want us to do them individually. Again thanks for the message. I've only done a long explanation as it gives a chance for other customers in the future to see that we do go through the process of ordering your Mexican meal personally in front of you. I hope this helps.

Very disappointing. VERY overrated in my opinion. I specifically asked and paid for a âlarge chips.âWhen they were all wrapped and ready to go, the woman said. âWas it large or mediumâ you wanted.I said âlarge.â She just nodded.When we got them home guess what??Either they were âmediumâ or they were the smallest âlargeâ I have ever seen.Hence one star.And they were soggy.
