We love Italian sandwiches and recently tried Sam's for the first time. Staff were friendly but our order took some time - although there were no other customers ahead of us. The sandwich fillings were fresh and plentiful however the bread was very, very dry. Probably would not order sandwiches if we returned.

Been here for the first time...take out...this past april and loved it! The pizzas were perfectly made and the price was right. Always seems to be some kind of special to try. I wasn't disappointed!

Went for the 1st time after a friend's recommendation. We had the pastrami. It was a really good sandwich. Much better than Subway for a little more money.

I stopped by for dinner the other night on my way home, and ordered the new bacon cheese burger and baked potato combo. burger with barely on the bun there was a piece of plastic in my baked potato. when I showed it to the manager on duty she told me that you have to call the company that they got the potatoes from. I mean I didn't even want a refund I just wanted to make knowledge mints at my dinner was lousy, and that was not forthcoming from this woman. I know it's fast food not gourmet food but this food was just lousy,and the customer service was worse.
