Very friendly staff and nice and cozy place in a historical building. Varied selection of dinner, we had a nice wok and burger. In the wok, the scampi was perfect, some of the pieces of onion a bit too big, nice egg noodles and sauce, could have more salt and less pepper. Good burger, but we'd prefer French fries and/or salad over potatoes with it. The rice cream for dessert was a bit too thin and lacked sugar, but very nice presentation. The taste of the black coffee could be improved.

I have stayed at Bessheim well over thirty times, and it is perhaps my favourite resort. It is run by a family, with a justified pride in the service and the gourmet food served at the huge dinners. The location close to the national park, in a quiet, secluded countryside, with ample opportunities for hiking and skiing.

The food was great! We didnt stay at the hotel itself but we did have a wonderful dinner there. The menu wasnt that elaborate. That was all I had to say really. Just have to fill space at the moment. Seriously trip advisor this is annoying.. I give the trip advisor app 2 stars..
