Popped in for a late lunch on arrival day. Staff seemed a bit disinterested but service was reasonably quick. Had a filling but slightly cool goulash soup with bread. The dinner menu sounded interesting but I'm not sure if I'd want to risk spending that much based on my lunchtime experience.

Stopped here after a morning of snowboarding in search of some lunch. The restaurant is very clean and open, and we were seated immediately after walking in. I ordered the minced lamb and goats cheese pizza and my boyfriend ordered a steak pizza. These both arrived very quickly and were very tasty and fresh. The portions are massive! I coukdn't finish mine. I was offered a box to take away, but as we were hesding straight back on the slopes, I declined. I felt the price was pretty reasonable, around £48 for two large pizza's, two beers and two cokes. Staff were friendly abd efficient and I really enjoyed the food.

This restaurant is situated in a old mining village and whilst the village was quiet, the restaurant was bustling. There was a buffet for lunch with traditional Swedish fare - soup, salads, bread and pancakes. It was all very tasty and the owner friendly. Recommended.

This can be even hard to find but absolutely worth of seeking! A small cottage with great views, just like it's cousins could be in Tirol! They serve also during evenings but I wonder how to get there? Perhaps by snowmobile?Wery narrow space to move with your ski boots but they'll bring things to your table once you've paid them -with cash, only!

Found this place through TripAdvisor. Reminds me of little gems that I have found in Italy. Small place, outside the main area of à re. Cozy and friendly atmosphere. Great pasta. Huge portions. Great prices. I would say itâs cheap considering itâs à re and considering its portions.

Didm't eat here, but went for a late night drink - cosy and nice service, not overpriced, the DJ played great music. Perhaps not the place for a romantic dinner in the bar area; high chairs and car tables for 4, as the bar crowd kind of "invades your space". saw a section that looked more restaurant like though, so worth asking. Not to miss this place if in Are!

We look forward to serving you the tastiest food we know: galettes and crêpes based on the French cuisine but with our exclusive, local touch. We want our Crêperie to be a memorable experience for each and everyone. We offer sweet music, culinary delights
Fresh ingredients, with meats and vegetables that you might not find together. Lot's of flavor, good atmosphere, and trendy place. Service is slow but if you are not in a hurry, definitely worth it.

It is in Are square, ski resort/town.
A kebab pizza sounds wrong, but here it came as tasty slices of meat on a flavoursome pizza with overenthusiastic piles of tzatziki. And probably gives the wrong impression still of what is quiet, comfortable, homely, but stylish restaurant, that also does some more conventional pizza toppings and a variety of other dishes.

This review needs to be split between the food and the overall experience.. I will start with the experience.. We arrived in Fäviken Friday afternoon and where greeted by a lovely lady that showed us to our rooms, gave us a tour and told us all info we needed to know about the evening. They park your car and you dont do any payment before you leave if you sleep over. The rooms is small and cozy, but fantastic. The sauna with small snacks and drinks and soft lovely towels was also awesome. The beds and linen was super nice and i slept like a baby all night.. Our welcome prior to dinner, when the staff greeted us and we enjoyed a drink in the "living room" downstairs was very nice. And you really see that the staff wants you to have a great time during your stay. The attention to detail was fantastic, every time you left the room someone opened the door when you returned, they smiled and said hi and we really felt happy. After dinner we ordered 4 bottles of wine and asked for fresh coffee out in the lavvo. The staff followed us out and made sure we had a good time. The feeling they gave us being som friendly and professional made the trip worth it alone. Breakfast was super fresh and natural. Bread and butter was a killer and we had a good breakfast. One thing, we called the bell button from the Sauna to order some Champagne. But no one came and we really wanted more Champagne.. Now the food: Its hard to describe the food experience, because its so complex. I understand the thought behind and the concept of serving honest, clean food, not to much butter, not to much salt etc.. But in my opinion the clam would taste better is you fried it in a pan with butter, skip the grilled oyster, and why should we eat pigs blood? It might be that the food is to complicated for my taste, and some courses was good. But something was also totally unnecessary.. And all four of us shared this opinion.. And some meat would also be good;) But again, i would recommend going there to try it. The experience is very special and the staffs service level was serious world class.. Thank you to the staff!
