I cannot trust what ingredients the bakeries use in China. I finally found this one that I can fully trust. Plus cakes are very very delicious!! You have to be early or reserve in advance to get the cakes. They are sold out pretty quickly. This is easily one of the only few excellent dining spot in Shenzhen for foreign expats/tourists in this city. All has been told by previous comment here, the owner has actually living experience in Italy and has the heart on this culinary style so what we received was totally over than what we expected. With this price, it can be easily said that they are doing this just for serving the society / customers. They are not for earning money, so, please go and support this little shop.

I enjoyed the lunch buffet at the Mercado and am so glad to have gotten to try so many dishes. The selections were fresh and everything I sampled was really good. There were several vegetables and meats/ seafood from which to choose, plus desserts, salads, breads, and beverages. The dining room overlooks a pond and the decor is very attractive.The luch buffet costs 265 RMB per person.The Mercado is directly across from Exit C at the OCT Metro stop.

During our stay in Shenzhen we had a few meals ate AZZURRO. A great Italian restaurant with fantastic service.Thanks to Diego (the food) and Alessandro (the service and menu suggestion) my wife and me had great dinners. Especially the menu suggestion for my wife was a challenge (gluten-free, cow milk free and egg free) but Alessandro had great advise!Thank you team. You were amazing and we will defiantly be back when in Shenzhen again.

Of more than 5,000 restaurants rated by travellers (like you and I)... this is top rated!! What many find very attractive are the remarkable lunch and dinner buffets... which offer one choices based on what you see and smell! This is very important if one is not experienced particularly in Asian and Chinese cuisine. In addition, one can arrange the "pace and timing" of the meal-- be it leisurely to limited by time. If one is more interested in "a la carte" dining--- this too is offered. The kitchen staff as well as those waiting/serving are very well trained and motivated-- and this enhances one's dining experience.
