Very nice place in the heart of Sedrun, modern ambience and gentle service. You can chose a decent - not excellent - selection of wine by the glass. Perfect for après ski!

This restaurant with its large terasse is nicely situated beside the sunny ski slopes of the "Veltliner tour" down to Dieni at nearly 1900m/SL, as part of the SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun. It features a snow bar, a family friendly spacious Self-Service Restaurant and a much smaller à la carte Restaurant. There is local food of good quality on the menu. We had been served by very friendly staff.

We discovered this bakery because we booked one of their apartments via booking.com and breakfast in this bakery was included in the offer. They pride themselves with their wide offer of butter croissants and special walnut-honey cookies ( prize-winners) but also serve lunches and pizza. The coffee is very nice as well, they sell their own roast. The best part of the experience was the friendliness. It is a family owned business and several generations, came to our table to personally greet us. As with most Swiss places, you will easily spend 30 - 50 CHF for a small meal with drinks.

Specifically chose the Postigliun restaurant for lunch after quite a few years absence. The pizzas are as good as we remember them, the service was just right and alternatives are varied if you do not want pizza (gluten free dishes are also available). The dining room is tastefully appointed and very comfortable and dining guests looked well attended. Mixed salad, pizza and a tempting dessert card were most enjoyable. The Marenghin beer (from Flims) was also well worth trying. Prices were reasonable and we left happy.

Stayed here in May 2009 after seeing their website. The hotel is on the main road through the village but the traffic is fairly light. Our simple room had a balcony with the most beautiful views of snow covered mountains. I am sure in the sking season the place is lively but not when we stayed. The biggest disappointment was the food, it bore no resemblence whatsover to the enticing pictures on their own webpage. The staff were really friendly and spoke great English but the meal when it came was very uninspiring and we could hear the 'ping' of a microwave, not very reassuring! had tomato soup to start but I very much doubt it was homemade. Breakfast was actually quite nice with a plate of ham and cheese and good bread but don't stay here if you want great food.

The food was excellent but, typical of Switzerland, quite pricey. We had regional dishes (capuns and spatzle) both of which were tasty but skipped appetizers and desert owing to cost. The atmosphere was formal with white tablecloths and the service was good. We recommend the restaurant.

This is a fine restaurant in a very small town. I enjoyed a dish that seemed to appear on menus all over the region -- Hirschpfeffer, which is kind of like Sauerbraten done with venison. My wife had Hackbraten, which is like the world's fanciest meatloaf. Both main courses were delicious and came with a wide array of tasty side items. I counted 11 separate side items on my plate before they rapidly disappeared. Every one of them came with full flavor that complemented the meal. The atmosphere was impacted (some will find positively, others negatively) by a loud group of local men who seem to use this place as their regular hangout to host animated discussions. Otherwise it had the feel of a fine dining establishment. And it was priced accordingly -- not cheap, but certainly fair for the quality and taste of the meal.

What a positive surprise in this small ski resort! Located in an old charming house with lots of wood, small restaurant with only 5-6 tables, all very tastefully decorated in a modern alpine style. There is a nice wine cellar where you can enjoy the aperitif and also chose your wine. The whole place is really stylish. The owner couple are very friendly and capable hosts, they know their business and make Your evening a wonderful experience. The food is excellent. There is only one menu but you can indicate if there is something you do not want or cannot eat. The starter, a combination of smoked salmon and tuna tartar was excellent- top quality and great taste. The next course was to die for: ravioli filled with truffle and spinach topped with Parmesan cheese, the pasta itself and the filling were all of outstanding quality. The beef was very tasty but not very tender. Then they offer very good cheese, followed by a nice dessert (combination of almond parfait, chocolate mousse, chocolate cake), again very good. Nice choice of wines (from various regions) with reasonable prices. This was really a wonderful experience which I can highly recommend! Definitely the best restaurant in the village and maybe even in the region!
