Restaurante con una amplia terraza cubierta en el jardÃn o comedores interiores muy acogedores y con una capacidad de hasta veinte personas.Una carta reducida con una serie de platos muy sabrosos y abundantes, en especial los cachopos, los cuales se pueden compartir. Destacar también las zamburiñas y la hamburguesa foie. Carta de bebidas aceptable, aunque un poco pobre, sobre todo, en lo referente a vinos. Destacar al personal con muchas ganas de agradar.Precio muy aceptable,medio, de 25 euros.

Visited last night with three adults and four children and what a lovely experience it was. The food was very nice and the service excellent. Highly recommended!

the restaurant is nice, the service perfect and the couple working in the kitchen prepares quiet good food. they make their own bread but ..... do not expect to get any "real italian stuff". it sounds italian but it isn't. bresaola is beef meat but you get some kind of pork ham, and the "bistecca milanese" is fried in oil and not prepared in a pan with butter etc.. but again all the stuff especially the cooks do their best and therefore 4 points.

We were here on September 4th. It was my birthday. We ordered a Russian salad, entrecot and scallops. Unfortunately the waiter spoke poor English, menu was in Spanish and it turned out that everything I ordered was at least for 4 people. My friend and I , we could eat only one-third of everything. It was very unfortunate , that the waiter did not warn us about the sizes of portions. I have to say , that the food was delicious. But the smell, when we enter to the restaurant was a little shocking. The smell of cider. There is a funny tradition to pour cider into glasses. So, my advice in this restaurant: ask you waiter of sizes of portion and you don't have to pay for food you can't eat.

Few minutes walk from the Centro Niemeyer/dock area La Darsena has a relaxed bar area and small restaurant serving quality typical Spanish/Asturian food and wine. It was all served beautifully and very tasty. Good price, especially for the menu del dia.

La Marina is a fantastic little wine bar. It is very nicely decorated and has a warm feeling to it. There is ample selection of quality Spanish wines to choose from though you are not limited to only wine as good beers and spirits are also on offer. The tapas here are excellent and I would highly recommend the "lomos de atun" however, the home made "callos" are a must. You can either sit outside or stay inside, but nonetheless the atmosphere of the bar is something to envy. The owners are excellent hosts, they are very welcoming and each time I have gone there I have felt at home. All in all, the combination of the people, location, atmosphere and the quality of food makes this bar/restaurant a northern Spanish gem.

After being on the beach for 4 hours, we went to LA Luna for late lunch. The place was busy... odered two typed of hamburgers(rock burger& beef burger) and Nasi Goreng. All of them were excellent. Highly recommend! Excellent menu options for kids. The only thing is the place just a bit noisy.

The best wine bar in Avilés. Gerardo (the owner/bartender) is an expert oenologist who also makes the best mixed drinks in town. His gin-and-tonic is spectacular.Gerardo's wife, Paloma, originally from Logroño, is a fantastic chef with a Midas touch. Her "menestra de verduras" is beyond compare. And the location in Sabugo, the old fishermen's querters of Aviles, doesn't hurt, either. If you have been good, reward yourself with a visit. And if you have been bad and go to El Pañol, all your sins will be forgiven.

Just had another incredible meal at restaurant Diego. 4 course for â¬30 euros per person including wine and coffee. May sound expensive to other restaurants in the area but the quality of the food is unbeatable. My favourite restaurant in Asturias, counting the seconds to go back.

Had booked our table at 1.45pm which is an early lunch for local standards. So we got a table overlooking Salinas seafront, Splendid low tide for starters!Elaborate cuisine but above all excellent fresh fish. We had anchovies and sardines followed by red tuna tataki, hake and bonito.To finish we opted for the selection board of local cheeses... A must.Great Albariño from Galicia. We agreed that this restaurant, had reached top of our list after just one visit. Costly? Maybe, but well worth every cent. Would definitely come back.
