The restaurant is situated on top of a mountain. The view in front is marvelous. The interior is very nice too. The restaurant serves local cuisine. I have been there several times and have never been disappointed. The service is very friendly and efficient too. I am quite often in this region. Beside the luferkeller in riffian this is my favorite place around Meran.

This is a place for pizzas. A very big selection of pizzas. They are very large and more than enough to share. We ordered 4 and brought home most. The salads are very good as well. The server was very cordial and attentive. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Great to sit outside with plenty of shade areas during the day.

We went to this restaurant with my husband's elderly parents and they were delighted. There were also many young people eating there.The food was presented so well and originally and tasted fantastic. They bake fresh bread samples that they supply with the meals, and we had a salad and little entre taster as a " gift from the kitchen"! The staff were very attentive and friendly. It was not cheap, but also not outrageously expensive. Quite a homely atmosphere where you can feel pretty comfortable.

A beautifully restored restaurant with quality furnishings. Not a very large menu but most dishes were of good quality and size. Excellent friendly and attentive service. We had lunch in this restaurant after visiting the Schenna Castle.It was a warm October, and we enjoyed the nice food and very good beers! We came back for evening dinner, and the view of the mountains were just great! The coffees and desserts were excellent and excellent service!

A very small but cosy place, that you should visit for sure! The only problem was the prices for the wines, even there were local ones, it was just too high (30 euros for a bottle), the houseâ wine was not the best at all, but thanks to the yummy food everything was ok at the end!

Sissi is an amazing restaurant in the heart of Bolzano. The cuisine is traditional Italian dishes with some interesting interpretation. The chef himself, Andrea Fenoglio, is in the restaurant all the time, talking to guests and giving advice, which gives it a very pleasant atmosphere. I definitely recommend it!

Very popular local spot with super South Tyrolean food. We ate in a medical kitchen with 2 tables beside a log fire. Very rustic, cosy and romantic. The food was over priced, but the atmosphere made up for this.

This place is high up at the end of a serpentine road. A fun way to get above it all and have a splendid view out over miles of receding mountains, the merano valley and the town. But the place is also about a superb menu with varied choices that were prepared to our great satisfaction. Very nice all around. The restaurant is run by two brothers, one the chef and the other the greeter, waiter and general host. Super nice. Not quite sure how this place draws customers as it is, to say the least, out of the way. But it's well worth the experience . It's a little expensive but not that much so considering the complete experience.

It's the second time I have the plesure to spend some holidays in Meran and after 5 years I didn't wait to go again to this fantastic typical restaurant close to Meran.It is a pleasure to stay outside with a stunning view of the mountains and inside because it is very very characteristic with its walls made with real stones and everything so nice and warm.The food is very good at reasonable prices ( I recommend the mix of grilled meat and the Canederli of course with a good Weizen beer) and the staff very kind (new management since few months here).So don't hesitate to go of you want something authentic!!Dear guest,thank you for sharing your positive experience with TripAdvisor.
