Service was efficient, no errors and no complaints from anyone. However, we still left feeling that the ambiance was quite right and something was missing, just couldn't put our fingers on why.....

We were looking for a special place to have dinner on our last night in Perth and this didn’t disappoint. We chose the five course tasting menu paired with wine selection. The food was incredible, each course had us guessing what the underlying ingredients was. Every course had its own recommended wine which paired beautifully. From the soup through to the knock out dessert each mouthful was a treat. Amazing.

I had lunch here today and it was delicious! I had the brie and cranberry ciabatta with bacon, a Diet Coke, a flat white and some carrot cake. Big portion and didn’t have to wait to long, even though it was busy. Best flat white I’ve ever had. The staff are very attentive and friendly and they even have great taste in music. Would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.

We visited on a Tuesday evening and took advantage of the “pre-theatre” menu, which was good value, more limited in choice, but still offered some great dishes. We chose three courses: to start an excellent grilled courgette with walnuts dish, followed by wonderfully tender and delicious beef cheeks with delicious turnip, mushrooms and kale, and finally a superb rhubarb dessert with a set mousse yoghurt and candied fennel. All three were excellent, as was the Spanish wine we drank, available by the glass. What a great restaurant!!

I would travel a long way to come to this restaurant again. The food was inventive with fantastic flavours. One of the best lobsters we have ever eaten. When the chef discovered one of our party couldn't eat dairy, he created a pudding specially for her. And what a pudding, it looked and was beautiful. The hardest thing is deciding what to chose from the menu. And the service is friendly and professional. One of the best meals we have ever had. thank you.
