We went to this restaurant to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary. The food was not bad, but nothing to write home about. Having asked for something similar to a Sicilian wine we both enjoy (Nero dâavola) the waiter recommended a Sardinian wine which he said was similar. It was not similar at all, and also not very good. The service was top notch, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant. We just felt the food quality did not match the price (in particular the quality of the meat of the main was not great - adding truffle does not mask this).

We had a hankering for steaks with fries etc . A bit tired of pasta etc. My partner had the fillet steak accompanied with a wonderful peppercorn sauce and I went for the 350 g Angus Americano. Saw some good looking burgers go past to other tables. An interesting wine list with some well priced Dorgali reds .Great steaks and service and reasonably priced.Note they have horse on the menu.

Our family of 4 recently had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. The dinner starts with 10 appetizers, which are a mix of comfortable favors (marinated salmon, prosciutto with nectarine, etc) and other interesting treats that are seafood-, vegetable, or meat-based. The chef did a wonderful job substituting for our various allergies so that the one who cannot eat shrimp (moi) got something equally appealing and interesting as the usual offerings. After the appetizers, we have 2 pasta dishes....The ravioli stuffed with grouper in an octopus/tomato sauce is so delicious, we would have licked the plate clean if it was socially acceptable. The meat-based pasta is also perfectly yummy, if not a stand-out. The second dish is again amazing: beautifully grilled and tender squid and a piece of roasted suckling pig with cracking that melt in our mouth. It was juicy but not greasy. The desserts were 4 adorable treats, some chocolate-y, some creamy, and a pleasure to share. The servers were friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of us. We come to Cagliari every summer and our children want to make a dinner here a must-do events and a new family tradition.

The meal started out very well as we were one of the first reservations of the evening. Did the mixed antipasta for 2 which was very lovely - enjoyed all the offerings. As we sat there we could see other tables waiting for service and a table that walked out. My husband had the pasta with lobster which was a challenge to eat since it was in pieces still in shell covered with red sauce. Quite messy for sure. Very little interaction with the servers once the place got busy - long wait for dessert and then check. Definitely need to expand beyond the family with more help.

Only called in to duck out of the rain and maybe grab a beer on Saturday 6th April.1825hrs and pretty well soaked through myself and partner were looking for a supermarket.(A few hundred metres further on).I had no high hopes other than a beer.Well we were told the Pizza would be 1900hrs,I left my partner whilst legging it to the Grimm supermarket and a further soaking.It was worth the effort,the Pizza (I am a huge critic of Pizza) was one of the best I have ever had.I rarely eat Pizza and even more rarely even consider it outside Sardegna (Not even Napoli do pizza as well as Sardegna).One word of warning,no local or Italian beer to wash it down and .4 beer cost 4 euro.Cost rarely an issue for me but it seemed excessive,not to mention lack of Italian beers?

It's close to Cagliari, very big and good place. Good homemade beers, good food, not expensive. I like to go there, friendly personnel, friendly place, the beers are very good, you can taste many handmade ones, the menu and the personnel explain you everything for your best choice. The food is good and the plates are big. Strongly recommended

Great food, great selection of beer and what an atmosphere. Despite being the only English speakers in the restaurant, we were guided through the beer selection and advised on the food, as the menu was in Italian of course, and all the staff were really helpful. Definitely worth finding this little gem, you may have to book a table in advance as it is so popular.

Avendo vissuto a Roma mi sento di dire che questa cucina si avvicina davvero a quella tradizione. Personale cortese e servizio rapido. Locale per famiglie, tenetene conto se cercate un ristorante e non gradite il casino dei giochetti dei cellulari dei bambini (ma le colpe sono dei genitori maleducati). Tra le cose mangiate comunque non câè stato nulla che mi ha colpito veramente. Conto ragionevole ma ricevuta fiscale solo su richiesta...
