I came here with my guide, Andrei Burdenkov, for dinner. I really loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. Wrought iron work, suit of armor, rustic table, stone work, music, etc. We had a potato pancake with forest mushrooms and sour cream dish that was filling and delicious.. My glasses of white wine were delightful and much needed after a day of traveling from Rome (by air). This was one of my most pleasant food memories of 2 weeks in Belarus, Georgia, Armenia and 3 "Stan" countries. My tour guide recommended this restaurant to me and it had delicious food. I ordered a chicken dish with potatoes and salad. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. On a warm day, they have outdoor seating and the Mir castle is visible with good Kodak opportunities. Prices are reasonable. Good to have lunch here and visit the castle afterwards.

I arrived late afternoon. I was the only guest. I asked to sit out and they allowed me. They have nice terrace behind. The waitress was ok, just we could not communicate because she could not speak English. Waiting time was acceptable...around 20 minutes. They brought my beer in the minute. Food was very simple and stake was oily. Maybe pork oil?? Potato was ok and bread was just baked and good. According to review score was quite ok.
