Looking for a different dinner solution found this restaurant in Trip and decided to try it. Overall: Excellent!! Service is great, the food interesting and very tasty, very well presented. Not so many choices but all very appealing.Usually I stay way from these places because my taste goes more to traditional, old fashioned, typical restaurants so my good review of this place says a lot!If you like good food, try it! If, on top, you like modern, chef like cuisine, then it's a must!!

We enjoyed our meal at the Anatewka. Once inside, the restaurant is full of Jewish items and photos and the decor is different to the usual.Staff were helpful and food was of good quality, with the price being reasonable too. Starter and main plus drinks came in at £25 for two.

Quale Restaurant

Quale Restaurant is a place for people who value quality and taste. We have combined the decor of our rooms, inspired by the 1920's, with modern cuisine, a cocktail-bar and whisky bar. All this is connected by carefully selected background music. When vis

We may have come there at a wrong time, during the restaurant week festival, asking for a regular meal a la carte but,,,. I had booked a table for a small family celebration. When we arrived, we were kept waiting for a few minutes. The waitress informed us that there was no reservation in my name... Right... No assumption that there may be a mistake in the notes... We were shown to the room with all but one tables empty, no reservations... What was all the fuss then? We waited 7 minutes for the (completely numb) waitress to arrive with the menu, then another 16 minutes for her to take our order. She may have been stressed, but she ended up being rather pompous and crude (by instructing us in advance what we could not have). Ultimately, feeling rather bitter by not being able to get any simple pasta for our kid (we had great memories of ravioli about two years ago), we ended up leaving. We picked a less fancy restaurant, where we had a square meal and friendly service. I don't think I am coming back to actually test the food in this pompous, hostile environment.Dear Miss, we apologize for the unfortunate coincidence. In fact, your reservation was registered a day earlier and although we do not know what made this error to happen because this has never happened before, we are very sorry about that. Certainly, the festival mess must have had some influence on that although we do not avoid any responsibility, the error is ours. As far as the waitress is concerned, please understand - she is very nice and hospital, this day she could not provide you with such an amount of emotions you undoubtedly deserve due to the mentioned festival. We are also sorry due to the kitchen which on that day could not serve all dishes from the menu. This state of affairs was also the consequence of wrongly registered reservation and lack of preparation. Each dish in our restaurant is prepared only after making the order and for technological reasons, we cannot accelerate this process. Also for this reason the cook proposed a shortened menu for you. Certainly in your situation I would react in a similar way, however taking into account the above mentioned please consider milder penalty. In order to be able to rehabilitate, I invite you again. Yours faithfully - Dariusz Sojka

Forno Nero Pizza Napoletana

Forno Nero arose from a great love for Italy and a passion for good, authentic food. That's why we decided on original, carefully selected products. Each ingredient has been checked and selected to satisfy the palates of the most demanding gourmets.

This place is right off the Piotrkowska street. The service was wonderful and waiting time was minimal although there were quite many people ordering. We ordered two pizzas and the Diavolo pizza was especially good with a small kick of spiciness. Prices were reasonable and the place looks nice. I definitely recommend visiting this place and to try out their oven-baked pizzas. They also serve craft beer, which is nice.

The location may be misleading at the quiet street outside the center but the food really surprised me. The restaurant is owned by the Italian chef who prepares the real italian food. For starter we had octopus bullion with ravioli - strange at the beginning but balanced flavourers of saltiness and sweetness of ravioli. For mains: homemade linguini and awesome pizzas on the proper thin and crusty base. Yummy. For deserts - gelato and tiramisu made to perfection. Highly recommended to real italian food lovers.

We showed up to the restaurant a few minutes prior to our reservation. There was a sign that said we should wait to be seated. We stood there for more than five minutes without a single acknowledgement from anyone. Eventually, we just walked in ourselves and managed to speak to a waitress to let her know we had a reservation. Once we were seated, we were informed that dinner, especially steak, would likely take 1.5 hours, so we opted for burgers instead. They were average, good, but not great. For 40zł I would expect much better. The drinks were good and our waitress was very nice. However, we wouldn’t return or recommend this place to a friend because in our opinion, it was far too expensive for the quality of food we received. Maybe the steaks are better. We would, however, recommend this place for drinks. Thank you for the feedback. What a shame that your visit wasn't fully satisfying. We always try to deliver the best service possible but it takes some time to prepare food up to our standards. All this comes with the prices. Maybe the burgers weren't fit your particular taste. Don't give up and give us one more chance, you need to try our steaks! Cheers
