We had met some local friends in that restaurant. We did not have any expectations, however, we were really surprised about the quality, the choice and the way we had been served. I had a delicious tomato soup and fried trout with potatoes and salad. My wife, though being celiac, had been understood and perfectly been served. Compliments!

Bereits 2018 waren wir im Il Timone und waren von der grenzenlosen Arroganz des "Wirts" unangenehm berührt. Aber es hat ja jeder mal einen schlechten Tag... Also gaben wir "ihm" heute eine zweite Chance... Es lief wie folgt: wir setzen uns um kurz vor 14 Uhr an einen freien, sonnigen Tisch im Aussenbereich. Der Tisch war im Gegensatz zu anderen Tischen nicht eingedeckt. Als wir ca. 5 Minuten saÃen rief uns der Wirt zu, dass der Tisch reserviert ist. Obwohl kein Schild darauf hin wies standen wir auf und warteten auf den Wirt. Dieser sah uns, bog ins Lokal ab und lieà uns stehen "wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt". Sorry!!! Bei dem Preisniveau erwarte ich ein Mindestmaà an Service... Garantiert: nie wieder!!!!!

During our week in the Altmühlthal, we ate twice at Millipp. The food came highly recommended by trusted friends and we concurred. The total dining experience was a bit less enjoyable. On our first visit, the dining areas were at full capacity. On the second visit, tables regularly became available. The food was excellent on both occasions, and the service marginally unsatisfactory - but friendly.Millipp is not just a restaurant, it is also a hotel and a butcher shop. There is a synergy among those businesses. All are under one roof and each contributes to the whole. All are tastefully designed and make for a pleasant experience. Alas, I fear that the understaffing is also a function of the synergy.Still, we recommend at least one visit for the excellent food - which is not only Bavarian.

Great Bavarian dishes at reasonable prices. Nothing better than having dinner outside in the warm sun with a beer watching the passing parade. No rush and no problems.

As another reviewer pointed out, the food is a cut above average and the service a cut below. We have eaten in other restaurants in Beilingries and found them a better value. Still, we recommend the Fuchsbraü.

Ganz nah der Autobahn A9 Ausfahrt Kinding, schöne bayer. Wirtschaft. Gab Filet Töpfchen (13,80 ⬠reichlich), Salat groà (7,20 â¬), Low carb, alles prima Pretty close to high way, nice Bavarian place. Pott pork Filet with local nudels, everything incl service friendly and fine. Food all day.

Als je een leuk overnachting hotel zoekt is dit het niet, maar de plaats zelf heeft een mooie ommuurde binnenstad, met een klooster.Hotel zelf is eenvoudig maar vriendelijke bediening.

We had pork roast with potato dumplings which were served either with red cabbage or salad and bratwurst with sauerkraut and fried potatoes. The portions were huge. The gravy with the roast was thin but the taste was alright.The other dish was tasty but potatoes and sauerkraut were very greasy.The house is old but the dining room lacked a little atmosphere. The old âGaststubeâ with a big tile oven looked quite cosy but all the seats there were taken.
