Stopped here for a morning coffee and was impressed with the service and quality. Ordered a coffee and hot chocolate which came in large mugs with lashings of whipped cream on top. Also had a tasty âpain Au chocolatâ and an enormous chocolate Sunday which our 8yo couldnât finish. All in all a lovely place to stop, right across from the beach

Very nice/friendly owner, very enthusiastic about his food, explained the menu for us in detail, which helped. The food and presentation was excellent, we chose a couple from the mezze menus and a couple of mains, all very tasty. Good wine selection. Certainly the best meal we had in Noumea.

This small, lovely restaurant is warm and welcoming. The owners are gorgeous, they are a couple who make every diner welcome by their personal attention. The food is rich and very French, the portions, generous. We had a lovely night out.

Recommended by a local and we were not disappointed as the food was really exciting!So many different tastes and textures on one plate which made it leisurely dinner as we were so busy swapping and identifying items!Thank goodness we chose a bottle of Gamay to drink as a digestif!While we ate, we enjoyed the arrival of other couples, families and a wee party group. It made for such a special evening.The service was speedy and efficient!The Chef was well complimented.

The place is next to the Hotel Gondwana which recommended Chez Toto. A truly French experience, we opted for the degustation which included Fois Gras, Lescargot, shellfish, duck and a creme brûlée to finish things off. Outstanding service, great wine and a really nice atmosphere. A little pricey at $ 200 NZ but it was my birthday. Enjoy..........

Visited on a cruise ship and had this cafe recommended by a local vendor in the market. Took a chance and was not disappointed. Amazing food, small daily Menu but done very well. Not cheap but I think thatâs Nouméa regardless. Had a sesame crusted wahoo fillet with gnocchi and a pork skewer with panini and roasted vege salad. Very popular about lunchtime with locals which is always a good sign. Reservation is recommended

Great service, pleasant ambience - unpretentious. Flavoursome food and generous quantity. We loved our hot goats cheese on croistini entrees and my partner relished his molten chocolate bomb. I enjoyed trying an authentic cassoulet but would have liked a green vegetable to accompany it and provide a fresh contrast. I would definitely go there again. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here and loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. We were seated by the amazing wine wall - there is an exceptional wine choice at this restaurant.Our meals were really beautiful and one of the highlights during our stay. We did the 2 course for 3500 francs which was definitely good value. The staff were really lovely and were very good with us not speaking French at all well! We were staying at Chateau Royale and got a taxi to the restaurant and it was definitely worthwhile. It might be best to book as it is a very popular local restaurant.
