Old man manager needs to greet only just got back, we was seated with menu ordered then asked by another if we was ready to order, had already ordered we had to ask for wine menu 20 mins after arriving wrong wine bought re ordered not once was we asked if food was ok, plate taken as i was still finishing meal. Spent £150 was not asked if we would like small drink on restaurant other tables wasWould not return due to management......Iâm sorry to hear that you didnât enjoy is just a parte time nothing to do with management every one make mistakes we are human beings when you left you spooked to my lady and she offered to serve you next time you come and you said that would put you off Iâm very sorry is not in all that time is just when we really needed but I very happy you still enjoy your food many thanks Manager

We visited the Meze lounge for dinner yesterday and had a lovely meal. Iâm not usually a big Meze fan but was introduced to some new dishes by the staff and really enjoyed the food. Very attentive staff and great Turkish beer. Will definitely return soon.

I went along with family members, it was a quiet Wednesday. They only had a waitress and a man who seemed to be in charge. I had a mixed salad to start which was very good,For the main I had a four seasons pizza which was undercooked. It was re fired so that was ok. I am unlikely to return as there is better and better value elsewhere. I didnât get the Italian vibe itâs nice enough but could be a lot better.Hi there,Thank you for taking the time to leave review, your feedback is important to us.I am sorry that the pizza was not cooked to your liking but am glad that we were able to cook it to your taste. Together with my partner we can call ourselves regular customers as we visit Delicio at least 3 times a month. Usually for breakfast during the weekends as they have plenty of breakfast options. Also lunch and dinner menu is worth to try. Their sirloin steak is just perfect and you don't have to spend a fortune. The food and value are amazing.

Enjoyed a pleasant evening and meal. The food was good, tasty and served promptly. Plenty of vegetables served separately Prices reasonable. Service was a bit amateurish. Bottle of wine was shown and then served without a taster. Lucky it was okay! Main course was served and resulted in a full glass of wine being tipped over table. Although the glass of wine was replaced ed and a apology offered, there was no offer to pay for dry cleaning g the customer's trousers! To compound matters the same waitress dropped the cutlery when clearing the main course dishes. It was regrettable a d I felt sorry for the young waitress. Better trading and management needed. Will revisit asfood wasgood but will expect more professional service.

My friends and I visit Chez Pascal regularly. We love the atmosphere, friendliness and the food is great. You can take your own drink, alcohol, soft drink, etc. and they will serve it to you with a smile. I recommend trying this restaurant, itâs small, and you need to book as it gets very busy.

Really liked this place. Very relaxed atmosphere, no rush or pressure to order. had a mixture of dishes. Mussels, prawns, chorizo, omelette cheese and meat platter, all were very tasty. My only gripe was I thought the wine was a little expensive pet bottle and didn't appear to be a humble but good house wine option. Will definitely visit again, very pleasant food, staff, atmosphere.

My mother and I ate here last night, we had a great time. The food was very tasty and very reasonable- we both had a starter and a main and the bill came to £38.00. Bring your own bottle and they will provide appropriate glasses. Relatively small menu but still plenty of choice between meat, fish or veggie dish. Only improvement would be to make the toilet area a little more welcoming. Will definitely be back again.

I wondered why this place is rated so highly. Having been a couple of times I understand now, the food and service are both excellent.They donât try to be a fancy restaurant, this is freshly cooked food in comfortable surroundings, served by friendly polite people.Itâs really hard to find any fault with Gulens, so please carry on as you are!The kebabs and chops are very nice, everything flavoured well, and with fresh chips/dips/salad etc. If youâre thinking of trying this place - go ahead, without hesitation.
