Commercial centre Edeficio Luztur.
This restaurant had a ton of Michelin recommendation stickers on its door. And for good reason. We were greeted upon arrival and escorted to a great corner table. The restaurant is tiny, and only seats 24 guests, of which all seats are full except for one table of two. Decor felt like I was sitting in someoneâs home. Very comfortable. Two of ordered classic Portuguese dishes and another ordered the lamb. The classic dishes were delicious. The lamb was a little over cooked for my friends taste, but still tasty. So if you like your lamb rare, you bets let them know. Desserts were delicious and they ended our meal with complimentary port. Service was attentive and friendly. One of the best meals we had in Portugal.

OndaLuz on the entrance to Praia da Luz, near when Rua da Varzea meets the Rua Direita, is a really nice traditional Portuguese Restaurante, know for its fish dishes, but it also has a wide variety of meat and seafood, you should also try the house especi
First visit to this restaurant in quite a while and was not disappointed. Really nice and well prepared food, very good atmosphere if just a little noisy. Staff helpful and service was professional. The monkfish Portuguese was really tasty and my guests were impressed by both the steak and kebab. Will be returning soon but booking is essential.

We are a restaurant/grand cafe in Praia Da Luz, 100 mtrs from the beach! The kitchen is open non stop from 12pm - 10pm! We serve a grand variety of tapas tasting and pizzaâs from 4pm! Our kitchen is mediterranean orientated! And all homemade! You can also
Visited Boatyâs last night with my family. Before we go to any restaurant we always tell the manager of my mother in laws severe allergies - nuts and shellfish. Straight away the owner and staff were very welcoming and the owner reassured us the allergies would be no problem - instant relief! We were seated straight away and shown the menu with a rare moment for my mother in law to be able to have the majority of the menu with about 3 or 4 dishes not suitable for allergies. We ordered 5 tapas dishes per couple, which was difficult to choose as everything on the menu looked delicious! The dishes come out when ready and not altogether, not a problem as we were happily chatting and drinking. All of our chosen dishes were delicious, hot, fall of flavour and no fault to note. My favourite was the ribs - falling off the bone and mouth watering - I should have ordered 2! Although called a cafe, the place has a restaurant vibe. The seaside decor is very fitting. Certainly a very welcoming place to go whether itâs as a couple, friends evening out or family meal. We will definitely be visiting again and no doubt recommend to whoever visits Luz on their travels. Thank you so much Hannah!

I went with a group of five, 12 year old and up, the food was excellent, the prawn starters where possible the nicest Iâve ever had, and the bread was straight from the oven. The mains outdid the starters, the rack of lamb and fish were superb, with veggies cooked to perfection, and the gin I had on arrival put some gin bars in major cities to shame.

I was with the previous reviewer, and like him, was a little concerned about hygiene - lots of flies, and the maggot/larvae in the caps of the (unopened) mustard bottles. However, at the end of a 3 hour walk we needed food and on this particular day there was little alternative. We had been here in previous incarnations and in terms of decor and friendliness it is a big improvement. The food, (3 Full English B'Fasts 1 Veg B'fast and 3 aubergine and spinach curries and a French toast) was good and hot - when it arrived, but it was all cooked to order by the English lady in charge, and by definition it was slow food. The prices were high for the area - more like tourist prices in Lagos, but that is what you have to pay to find a place that will still accommodate 8 for lunch at 1:30 in the afternoon. The menu is ambitious, and I would go back again to try something different, but I do hope they sort the fly problem out. The decor, with modern art on the walls is excellent and it is comfortable with a small terrace outside. We were told not to park immediately outside, as one normally would in a village environment, because apparently the GNR had tackled them about it. We moved our cars to a park about 100 m away, and then our spaces were promptly taken by two locals with a 4x4 and a trailer. They were not asked to move by the waitress!!

We always like to visit this restaurant twice a year if possible and whilst the menu changes very little , the quality of the food , generous portions , attentive service , remain spot on . Sometimes its well supported with clients other times just a few tables but its always reassuring good if you like fresh prepared food .Do take the time to visit its worth the 20 minutes drive from the Lagos area , plenty of free car parking , full recommended for the experience ,in an unusual setting Ps Their is a zoo adjacent which again fully recommended for all ages groups , they give a discount coupon if you have had a meal ( Allow 90 /120 minutes to fully appreciate )

Enjoy locally inspired dishes throughout the day from the stunning clubhouse which sits above the course and provides breath taking 360-degree panoramic views from every angle.
Weâd had a round of golf and called in for some refreshments. Pleasingly, besides the usual club house standards, there were other options available. I chose the burrito which was very tasty with beef melting in my mouth, although a bit more spice would have been good. The driver in our party said it was the best orange juice heâd had whilst weâd been awayThank you very much for visiting Gecko Restaurant at Espiche Golf, and for sharing your positive experience with us. Our Clubhouse and Gecko Restaurant have been designed to appeal to a broad variety of clients and we welcome golfers and visitors alike to come enjoy our indoor and outdoor spaces. We look forward to welcoming you back at Espiche Golf in the very near future.

Home Made Pizzas, Atabai Burgers Just Try , Salads, Beef and "Bitoque" Pork Meat, Pita Bread, Sangria , Caipirinha, Mojito... Kitchen open at 6:30PM Live Music every Saturday (starting at 10pm)
Ate here quite a lot. They're pizzas are really good, and I'm not a pizza aficianado. The burgers are first rate also. I say interesting because a local artist has a thing about cats evident from some sculptures inside the restaurant, and a very interesting sculture on the roof of an adjoining building outside.Very reasonable prices. Worth a visit.

Generous portions of well cooked food. Always have about 4 specials on the blackboard each day.....my Corvina was excellent served with new potatoes, salad and veg. Others enjoyed their Pork Steak with fries and salad, and the Omelettes were good too. We will be back!

Tasca Jota â where the fantastic Portuguese cuisine meets a very peculiar twist. The result? Tapas, steaks, and much more for the delight of the senses, in a relaxed atmosphere, to enjoy with friends by a nice glass of wine.
We stayed in Lagos for one night and we found this restaurant through trip advisor! Excellent space with great food and service. Actually location is the best because itâs away from the usual tourist crowd! I surely will repeat again when I come back! ;) keep the good work!Thank you for your visit, I'm glad you liked it!See you soon!
