Spijtig, na een wandeling op Bovy, altijd gezellig om iets gaan te drinken omdat iets eten nog langer duurt. Vriendelijk zijn ze wel, maar it's time tot change. 't Wordt niet beter, 't duurt lang alvorens je opgemerkt wordt, zelfs na enig handgezwaai. Nu niet en zeker niet als 't seizoen weer begint en het buitenterras erbij komt. Spijtig voor zo'n locatie. Enige concurrentie is aan de orde. Ben benieuwd als de zaak tegenover terug open gaat. See you there in better Times.

We have been here a few times. Let's start positive: it is located next to the highway, it is a nice building and the inside is beautiful and cosy, with a very high ceiling. Let's move on.The service is usually very poor, unless you are very lucky to have one of the good waitresses. The term "arrogant" is probably the best way to describe the rest of the serving team. They do not smile, are very impatient and do not apologize for an inconvenience. A "thank you" after paying the check is also not part of their routine. We often come with small kids but never have they offered us to bring a baby chair, so we always have to ask for it or get it ourselves. The food is average, meaning it is in line with what you can expect in a "brasserie". Not less and definitely not more. You do pay a bit more than in other places, though, so you get less value for money.I will avoid going there in the future.

Very friendly and sympathetic personnel !Excellent food, haute cuisine indeed as indicated by the hotel; never tassted certain meals before as here, all (garniments, spices, sauces etc) in balance with each other.Only the hotel rooms (at least ours) need a make-over, starting in the bath room (old tub); also the old model TV's should be replaced by flat screen ones, knowing that a room for two persons is charged for 90 euros.Location of hotel is splendid, in the middle of the forest of Zolder/Bolderberg.We will come back again in the future !

Dinner late thursday evening so place wasnt crowded. Seats are a bit packed. Service is excellent! Food was very good, perfectly served. Only thing to remark was that the self made fries werent perfectly cooked, the fat was a bit old i think . Very cozy place!

The Savarin serves good fresh food. The restaurant is located by the roundabout in Bolderberg and is good for either a coffee, drink or a whole meal. We ate their several times and it did not disappoint. The menu is not extensive but each meal we had was good.

This is a wonderfull place to have a culinary travel around the world. The servant tells and sells you wines as if she has cultivated them herself. The food is prepared by a humble chef with a great heart for his profession. A discovery as we seldomly find them. Highly recommended.

The only difference to the nearby "Lunch Garden" self-service restaurant is (1) the table service by very friendly staff, (2) the interior decoration and (3) the bill (which is about 3x higher), for the same food on your plate.The spare ribs where from 'den Aldi', steaks were grilled too long (they mixed up our order) and coffee is served without sugar or anything (which they apparently forgot).We will certainly never ever return.Overpriced. Underdelivered.Too bad.

Al waren er nog communiefeesten, toch kregen wij met 10 man een plaatsje on 17 uur! Wij hebben het ons niet beklaagd, want alles was perfect. De bediening was zeer vriendelijk en vlot. Wij hebben niet te lang moeten wachten. Het vlees was echt perfect gebakken zoals iedereen het wou, en de vis ook. Alleen spijtig dat je moet bijbetalen om groentjes te krijgen! Het was een zeer aangenaam en lekker feestje! Een aanrader voor culinaire liefhebbers in een fijne bosrijke omgeving!

Why go to 't Vloot? (1) a beer on a sunny afternoon on the sun terrace (2) after a winter walk inside (3) a nice dinner at sunset with spectacular view over the lake. Drinks no complaints of course. When not too busy, service is friendly. Food in the evening is OK. Just the regular Brasserie dishes prepared in a orderly manner. Price/quality is good. Portion size tends to be huge, so large appetite is welcome.
