In a valley neat Les Baux, this newly renovated and adapted hotel on the base of an old farmstead there is receiving its guests in very well equipped and spacious rooms with nice views of the valley and the surrounding rocks. Comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Perfect service. Large outside pool. Gravel on all ways from parking to and between the buildings makes the transport of baggage a bit difficult and the baggage and trousers dirty.Excellent restaurant with food in Michelin-starred quality. Six hungry golfers visiting from England, staying in Mouries for one week, noticed this newly opened restaurant and tried it one weekday evening. Extremely good. The chef clearly has great skill and a fine palate. We feared that portion control would disappoint but not at all - we left replete and extremely satisfied. Add to the wonderful food a very well selected wine list, impeccable service and a very cool atmosphere. Thankyou.
