Home cooked food, it's worth the wait! I love their salad, so fresh and crisp! Love the added veggies on the salad, they're an unexpected twist. I love the cream schnitzel with mashed potatoes! So tender and delicious! I love the dark heffiweizen German beer, and their beesting cake is to die for! I love this restaurant, love the food and good customer service! Totally recommend! My adult children love the schnitzel too!

Whenever we come here, I feel like I am in a small town diner. Many customers seem to be regulars based on the greeting that you hear from the staff. Service is excellent, coffee is kept topped off. Their breakfast potatoes are fantastic, I always pay the extra 50 cents for the peppers and onions to be added. Portions are generous. The create your own omelet is almost always my choice.

Our experience was not bad, but it wasn't what we prefer. Unfortunately, Lacey doesn't have anything for breakfast that is top notch. We didn't want Denny's or IHOP for sure, so we tried it. It's a little run down, kitschy, and tired. The menu has variety. Everything is pretty greasy and I'm sure the oil they use to cook with isn't the healthiest, but the food was edible, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and they were friendly enough. I might go back if I ever came back to this area.
