The food and service were excellent! Soft fluffy biscuits and delicious sausage and gravy. The apple fritters need a little more apple in them but they were divine and came with a caramel dipping sauce, yum.

After doing a morning kayak in three sisters springs my brother and I decided to grab a bite to eat. Since we're from Massachusetts we didn't know of any local spots until we drove by this place. We decided to give it a try and boy I'm glad we did. It was a Saturday at approximately 11:15 a.m. and when we entered the door we were probably number six in line to wait. It's a decent-sized breakfast place but it was packed. We got seated real quick because we accepted the barstool area. The waitresses were very attentive and within less than 5 minutes we got our coffees and water. As soon as we got them they asked us if we were ready to order.Within less than 10 minutes we got our food delivered to us right off the grill. what I noticed about this place is how fast they cook the food unlike other breakfast places that usually you see your plate sit there for 5 to 10 minutes minimum. The prices are reasonable and the breakfast was good. when I come back down to this area from Massachusetts to go to Crystal springs again this will be my go-to breakfast joint from now on. You will not be disappointed.

My grandson and I were returning from a road trip and stopped for brunch at Mama Sally's South. We had been there before for dinner but this was our first breakfast experience. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, and the portions were enormous. Both of us did not finish our meals! I had the eggs benedict which was stuffed with ham slices (not Canadian bacon as in some places). My only regret was in not asking for hollandaise sauce on the side...it was swimming in it. However, the taste was excellent. My young grandson loved his omelet. It was a great decision to dine here!

We used to frequent this place while under old ownership and hadn't been in for a while. Went with spouse for quick sit down breakfast followed by errands. Service was fast, friendly and server personable. We ordered two basic breakfasts with eggs over medium (whites cooked).Apparently the Kitchen missed the prep specifics (over medium) on the first set of eggs ordered and had to sent back as the egg whites were still snotty. Server confirmed that she remembered we had ordered over medium and in looking at the eggs received agreed that these were under cooked. She took them back to the kitchen to ask for a new set of eggs - which came out of the kitchen the same under cooked. Let our server know, who again confirmed that they were under cooked and went back into the kitchen. As we are sitting on the other side of the room, from the kitchen (granted its not a big room), we cold then hear the raised voices of our server and cook loudly arguing as the chef said over medium wasn't on the ticket. In response, our server came to the table to take the bill from the table to the kitchen to prove to the chef that she was right and he didnt read the order correctly. Upon returning to the table to bring the bill back to us, she told us that "he should know better then to argue with me". Not surprisingly, I passed on more eggs as we are thinking "ok, so we got a meal and show we never would have bought a ticket for" so lets just move on with our errands. Took the bill to the cash register, who appeared to know nothing of the mix up (funny that the loud arguing was missed by her so maybe not so unusual of an occurrence) -- until I asked for an adjustment on the bill. When i asked for an adjustment due to no eggs with our breakfast - the young lady on the cash register offered to take part of breakfast off the bill - but then charged us the higher al la cart prices for the non egg parts of the breakfast. The net was a barely discernible difference in price. Up to this point we are keeping things low key but Its adding the insult to injury that got our ire up. After we explained that we review our dinning choices, she removed the charge for the one breakfast which in our opinion was the minimum they should have done. Also, don't understand why we had to ask for it vs the invisible manager being aware and making the offer themselves. In retrospect, its clear there is no manager as the team members must fight out issues among themselves. Our server did her part in offering a second set of eggs but there was no Manager who kept the individuals aligned or offered any changes to the charges for the food not deliverer --until we had to ask. So if you like a little drama with your breakfast and don't mind skipping the main part of your meal for it - this is a great place. For us, this is too much work so we will go elsewhere while they work out whatever issues the place is suffering from.

Excellent service, excellent food. In fact, so good that when my wife said that her sriracha burger was the best sheâd ever had, we went back the next day so I could have one! Big thanks to Roxanne and Travis who did an excellent job of making sure we were happy with everything.
