Chain Sub shops like Subway have improved over the years because of competition.. Service and Atmosphere are about the same for all chain Hoagie joints.. Food Quality varies...as well asCleanliness. We went here driving through New England. Being from California, there was no way we were going to eat at a nationwide chain. We had a three styles of Lobster sandwiches, which were good, but way too expensive. Three sandwiches and four drinks totaled over $50!My wife thought they were too heavy on the mayo, but I thought that was fine. The service was good, though.
