Stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. Absolutely awesome service, freshly prepared dishes, all home-made. Cannot rave about this restaurant enough. We had one vegetarian in our group and the chef prepared a marvelous mushroom pasta dish that was amazing. This small restaurant outranks some of the finest largest establishments I have had the opportunity to enjoy in all my travels.

This restaurant-bar is located right on the main road, 1 minute from the famous monastery. It's the perfect place to have a drink and enjoy the special swinging chairs inside the bar, which are the symbol of this place. They are very funny and comfortable. Outside seating is available too, right along the sidewalk.This bar serves coffee, sweets, sandwiches, piadinas, different drinks and special wines either local and from Italian best producers. In hot season, artisanal ice cream is served on the outside, it comes from one of the best Italian gelateria in Zürich.Its speciality is the Italian Aperitivo, that is a big cutting board with a selection of finger food, cheeses and cured meats, olives, etcYou must try it!
