We stayed at the hotel and as there was not a lot else around we had dinner twice and lunch as well (outside). The restaurant delivered nice food all the times. The menu is somewhat limited though to eat 3 times. Salads are great. The daily specials can be a bit simple. Wine list is very limited,

V restauraci MiÅ¡ MaÅ¡ jsme byli nÄkolikrát. Restaurace je vÄtÅ¡inou prázdná , to zrovna nenà dobrá vizitka. Co se týká kuchynÄ slabý průmÄr , ale najÃst se tam dá.Obsluha velice pomalá .

This was a nice restaurant made even nicer by the fact that most of the other restaurants were closed for one reason or another. The food was good and as a bonus, there was a children't playroom attached to the non-smoking room. We were there in winter but there is a garden that looks like it will be nice in the summer.

Za 100 KÄ jsme mÄli polÃvku (zelÅaÄku s klobásou) tak i hlavnà chod v podobÄ kuÅecÃho ÅÃzku s bramborovým salátem. Pokud si ÄlovÄk nevybere s dennÃho menu, vidÄli jsme, že je možné si objednat i jiná jÃdla z jÃdelnÃho lÃstku. NejspÃÅ¡e dÃky tÄmto pÅÃznivým cenám a dobré kuchyni restaurace oÄividnÄ sloužà jako polednà restaurace pro dÄlnÃky.Restauraci můžeme vÅele doporuÄit.

We had a nice stay here during our tour do the local mini-brewery (200m away). I was admiring the way they've built all the rooms in the historical building not destroying the original feel. I didn't have an oportunity to dine there, but breakfast was nice as expected as well as the people running the inn. Recomended.

We came by accident, but visiting Vimperk next time we would surely come again. The minibrewery with a restaurant in a reconstructed medieval house offers excellent beer and tasty food to match, but most importantly, we had a feeling of hospitality offered by enthusiastic and wonderful people. It is not far from the main road (No. 4). Parking is better at the square or near the river crossing.
