The unique atmosphere and proper traditional Czech cuisine served with fine unpasteurised Pilsner Urquell beer stored in tanks are all good reasons for visiting us. You can take advantage of the lounge equipped with its own facilities, with the possibilit
An old style interior with traditional Czech meals (and a few other things thrown in).The ribs were the highlight from our groups ordering, but all meals were decent.I won’t claim it is a culinary sensation but we would return if in Plzen.Hello, thank you for your visit and rating. Have a nice day, U Salzmannu.

Wonderful Czech food done in a French way. Delicious sauces and the best mashed potatoes I've ever had! We stayed in Prague for eight nights and chose to have dinner here three times as the food was so good. And very reasonable prices too. My husband loved the variety of draft beers and they had a good variety of wines too.An easy 10 or 12 minutes to get to on the #9, 10, 16 or 4 tram from the centre of Prague. Stop is Kavalirka.

A stylish Pilsner restaurant, opened in 1992, is situated on the unique premises of the former fermentation cellar, known as “spilka”, directly in the famous Pilsner Urquell brewery foreyard. The brewery atmosphere can be tasted with every sip of carefull

Typical Czech restaurant based on fairly price. One of the best beer in town and quality cuisine based on beef from own farm. Meat comes from Sochoruv statek where is grown cattle Aberdeen angus and Gallloway. Every day chefs of the cuisine prepare specia

We went to eat at this restaurant as every other place in town seemed to be completely full.Initially the staff didn't want to give us a table, but it turned out that one was available. We order a main dish and a dessert.I took a wildboar shoulder with some potato/bacon dumpling, while my colleague had some wildboar goulash with a mixture of dumplings. My dish was suppose to have a rosehip sauce. The sauce was very sweet and not very tasty. It lacked depth and somewhat didn't get into the meat. The dumplings were also blend and tasteless and the meat was a bit hard and not very warm.We took also a dessert. I had simply an ice cream, which was having a lot of ice crystals in it.Alltogether I wasn't hungry out of it and the price is of course very affordable, but the service was slow and the food wasn't very impressive. So this is not a place I would try to visit again.

The Na Parkánu tap-room is named after its position by the town walls - parkány. It is designed in the spirit of the golden age of the Plzeň hostelry trade – the 1920s. The tap-room is directly linked with the Brewery Museum – so the beer pumped in the ta
I’ve just eaten some of the very best Chicken Wings I’ve ever had! Normally, when I’m traveling abroad, I tend to eat the cuisine of whatever country I may be in, and avoid things like pizza, hamburgers, and (until now), chicken wings ..! But for some reason, while traveling in the Czech Republic, I’ve noticed chicken wings on many menus, and thought, maybe they have their own take on them (Korean chicken wings are some of the best anywhere, maybe Czechs make great wings, too?!). Turns out, they do! They came with HOMEMADE potato chips, which were fabulous, and a couple of very tasty dipping sauces for both dishes. The nice thing about these wings was that they were not over-battered to the point where you barely taste the chicken; plus, they were amazingly meaty! It was a full meal, and the garden salad I had along with the wings and chips filled it right out. The fact that this restaurant is actually owned by the Pilsener Urquell people doesn’t hurt, either; the beer flows freely, and everything was very reasonably priced, as well. Very friendly and helpful waitstaff, too. Highly recommended, especially AFTER you’ve taken an Urquell Brewery tour (which, by all means, if you make it to Plsen, you owe it to yourself to do!)

We enjoyed a spa weekend and ate daily at the hotel restaurant. The local cuisine was excellent. I had the best duck breast ever! Their goulash was equally delicious. Good beer too and excellent prices. If you are staying at the hotel definitely visit the restaurant. Their breakfast (included) is also top notch. And service is excellent.
Very good vine and champagne. Excellent Czech cuisine. This restaurant is good for business or family party.
