A nice restaurant on the beach with mostly semi-manifactured products.My wife ordered grilled octopus,and got breaded squid rings,I ordered wienerschnitzel,and got 2 pieces of 1.5 centimeter very dry meat.No restaurant for connoisseurs .Dear Tomasv, thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were not satisfied, but as you could saw our menu, we don't offer grilled octopus in our restaurant. And for wienerschnitzel, usually our guests are very satisfied with it, sorry that you weren't.Best regards

We had family dinner with children. Bistro has a perfect location in Novi Vinodolski marina harbor. It was freshly renovated and ambient is very nice. Unfortunately food and service are below average. We have started with fish soup that was served only slightly warm. Great home made ravioli filled with fish were destroyed with too heavy and over salted cream sauce. Stew with octopus and fava beans was over salted and more like a soup then stew.Fish filet was grilled perfectly and green tagliatelle pasta with scampi were very tasty. Service was completely confused during setting table, taking order and with delivery of drinks. Delivery of food was quick and ok.I hope food and service will get better soon since perfect location and ambient deserve much better.

Unprofessional service not able handle large family a dinner, credit card not accepted. I will not back here.thanks for your comment. we are sorry because you are not happy with the service. at the entrance to the pizzeria is a sign that we do not except the cards basically because of the fact that the guests at a time see it. nice regards

The food at Garfild is good. I wouldn't call it spectacular nor would I say it was unacceptable. Both the rump steak and pork steaks were overlooked and a little tough. The fish was under seasoned. The cordon blue was well made.

Restaurant offers sea food and local cuisine. We dinned there twice and the food was always very good, perfectly cooked and seasoned. But the main plus was the service which was very nice and welcoming, as opposed to most other restaurants and bars in the resort. We maybe surprised them with very high tipping but this was basically money which we saved in other restaurants which were not worth a penny tip.

This is somethig special, fantastic food; we had venison stew, steaks of bear, dessert was amazing, drinked rakija, everything looks, smell and taste delicious.home made marmalade in home made donuts.probably you will need reservation, becaus they are preparing food for a certain number of people, we were lucky, it was one table left. You have to drive like 15 min from th main street but it is worth it.The owner is a real great and warm person, prices are absolutely normal and first class food.You will not regret

We ordered a fish plate for two people. Moderately satisfied. There could be more potatoes. The staff is wonderful. They were out of gas and, because we waited a bit longer, they offered pancakes and brandy at the expense of the house.

Nice place with good food. Big plates, acceptable prices, run by a nice family who insists on giving you free kolac (sponge cake with fruits) and a little slivovica on house.Good choice if you are in Povile or at this end of Novi Vinodolski.

Having spent our vecation in Klenovica, the go to place reccomended on here, Adriatic kept poping up. We gave it a shot, and we were not dissapointed.The atmosphere was wery friendly, the owner knowing regular visitors by name - realy nice.We ordered soups as starters, the fish soup was incredible.Tje beef soup my GF had, was tasty as well, but was a bit overpepered - maby leave that decision to the guest..Next came "Dagnje na buzari", with white wine souce. It was delicious - one of the best I ever ate. You can realy feel the freshnes, probably were in the see in the morning. Gf had the turkey from the grill, and according to her, it was realy well done and tender.The bill came and the whole lot was realy a bargain for the taste and freshnes..All in all, a great place with a great atmosphere. If we are there again..we will wisit this place for sure.

We were impressed of the friendly people we meet here. The food was very good, we had calamari rings and pizza. Everything was tasteful. Before the order we got something to prepare our stomach, it was delicious. After we finished we received on the house some very tasteful home made drinks. The atmosphere is very cozy, we enjoyed it a lot.
