Although a little out of the way, this restaurant carries a pleasant ambience, menu with variety of dishes and excellent service. The menu offers a choice of different meats or pasta and risotto prepared in the pietmontese style. Overall service was attentive and unonstrusive. If you like cheese then you just found an excellent place. I really enjoyed the evening with friends, we started with a good selection of cheeses and cold cuts, then we had different kind of pasta and potatoes gnocchi with a local cheese. Arrived at approximately 21.00 hrs at 22.00 the restaurant was empty and we were the only table left, at around 22.15 when we finish eating the main courses the staff decided that it was too late and started closing down... unbelievable

Just about everything was to like about this restaurant. Friendly service, a refreshing aperitivo, and some really unusual dishes. The Guviol egg was amazing (with the truffle shavings) and the blackfish ravioli was divine. Really happy to have found this place on Trip Advisor. I also found the prices more than reasonable, particular given the effort put into the dishes.
