Tudo de ótima qualidade, bem servido. Pegamos o menu degustação do restaurante, onde vem os pratos mais pedidos do cardápio. Todos os pratos vieram muito bem elaborados, cada um com um sabor especial. Os garçons super atenciosos, nos explicaram cada prato. Surpreendente!

Restaurante reservado, aconchegante e com ambiente moderno aliado a ótimo atendimento e comida deliciosa. Pratos elaborados com ingredientes de qualidade, bem temperados e servidos de realmente de acordo com seu pedido. O mignon com legumes e purê e o porquinho a pururuca são excelentes. Recomendo conhecer!

Ambiente descontraÃdo, culinária diferenciado, atendimento agradável, e rolha livre. Preço honesto. Convém as três etapas... entrada, prato principal e sobremesa. Sai na medida certa. Voltarei sempre q coincidir vontade com ambiente aberto. No inverno só abre de quinta a sábado. Vale a pena conhecer.

Made especially for me at the time I requested, excellent vegetable risotto. Good presentation and very friendly, accommodating waitress. The inside/outside dining is exactly my kind of understated luxury with huge sofas and cushions, an outside chandelier over limed wooden assorted tables. Views over the valley or the beautiful planted palms next to the pool.

The poetâs name honour its food, eating at Drummond is poetry, service is the best in the region, staff speak English and are extremely helpful, we tried several items, drunk beautiful wines and had an amazing time.Highlights are dadinho de tapioca, camarão soltão, prawn risotto, medalhão Drummond with Parmesan risotto and the best deserts we ever had Petit Gateau de Doce de Leite (caramel).Congratulations to all involved in the operation, with no doubt, Drummond is changing the culinary in Santa Catarina

We were at Dal Molin last May for our 15th anniversary dinner. I confess that I hadn't been there in more then a year due to bad service the last time - took WAY too long to get our food. We decided to give it a go again and we are glad we did. Food was amazing, service was on point (but restaurant was not busy, it was a Tuesday night) and we had a great time. Will go back again on a weekend to see if food comes out faster ;)
