This American Steakhouse has great food. I passed on a steak this night in favor of the Ahi tuna. It could have been a bit less cooked, but all in all it was very good. Give it a try. We are glad that you liked it!

Inept service. Poor food. A very disappointing experience in what a fine restaurantwhere we have dined many times. Here's why: We waited 35 minutes for our cocktails to arrive! I had to ask the waitress twice and finally went to the bartender to ask about the problem.I was told all cocktails were "hand-made"... Eventually the cocktails (quite good) arrived. The waitress previously had taken our orders... and I had ordered a bottle of champagne. We had ordered two salads and an Ahi tuna as appetizers... the waitress asked if we wanted the salads before or after the entrees. Glad we said "before"...The two salads and an Ahi Tuna arrived. Ahi great. Salads awful. We had to send both salads back. One had no Feta or other interested items listed on the menu. The other was a strange attempt at a "Caesar" ... radishes and maybe those were sweet peppers (?) in it...and no parmesan or Caesar dressing (about $12, kind of expensive don't you think?). We refused it and said we would not pay. The experience was worsening by the minute. I was mad. Our guests were unhappy.Entees finally came... about one hour after we arrived. We began to eat. and then the I realized we had not received the champagne I had ordered. This was embarrassing...it was a birthday/mother's day. I raised hell and the waitress brought us a HALF BOTTLE of Veuve Cliquot (I thought I had ordered a full bottle and the waitress never caught my error... btw, watch out, Sidney's list mixes half bottles with full bottles... watch for the asterisks). I sent it back. The meal was ruined. To be fair, two in our party were enjoying their burgers. But the three orders of salmon, one ordered "rare" came overcooked and sitting on a beds of lukewarm creamed peas, surrounded with a cold citrus sauce. A $250, unpleasant dining experience. After many fine dinners at Sidney Willoughby Run, this was a huge disappointment. A 5-Star dining experience fell that night for us.

It was recommended to us by friends to have dinner at the Gettysburger, which we opted to do on a Sunday evening. The service was a bit slow, but it didn't appear to be our server's fault; she appeared to be covering more tables than normal. The burgers, when they finally arrived 45 minutes after sitting down, were alright. They had potential - but were a bit overdone and were clearly sitting for a few minutes before being served. I see most of the reviews here paint a much better picture, and I'd be willing to try eating here again, but our initial visit was less than ideal.

On my second trip to this cool restaurant I was not expecting it to be as amazing as the first trip but it was even better!!!! Forget what you know about pizza - sauce covered greasy cheesey unhealthy. This wood fired pizza is really incredible - chewy crust, fresh ingredients - and the FLAVOR!! Yummmm!!! We tried the Arugula again and it was even better than I remembered - and I don't even like arugula. The mango margarita was so good and the games and atmosphere were so much fun. And they have added quite a few things to the menu so I had the salad with raspberries - it was delicious. Can't wait to go back. This time I met the manager and the owner and they couldn't have been nicer. My new go-to place, no doubt about it.
