First time to dine here! Everything including Stephanie, our server was wonderful and delicious! Started off ordering the butternut soup, but Stephanie brought us a tempura pablamo pepper from CBI farm...what a wonderful way to whet our appetite for a wonderful on-going and scrumptious adventure through some of the chef’s tapas. And the rosemary bread with the salted butter in shapes of shells was such a wonderful and delicious treat!!!We enjoyed the Mediterranean platter with hummus and olives...onto the naan pizza with fig and prosciutto with balsamic glaze, and shrimp tempura. Each tapa was thoughtfully spaced so we could savor each one! Can’t wait to return as the fondue sounded wonderful as well! All and all,a definite five star to APT!Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your talented cuisine!

I stayed at the Chatham Inn Hotel and enjoyed a meal in the wine bar and in the main restaurant. The quality of food, choice of wine and service was exceptional.Certainly not cheap but due to the perfectly executed cooking definitely value for money. The wild boar ragu pappardelle was some if the best pasta I've had anywhere. I was travelling on my own, having a few days break from a business trip, the staff and management made me feel welcome and relaxed whilst still providing first class service. I can't recommend this restaurant and hotel enough.Dear David CThank you so much for your excellent review. We are thrilled that you were made to feel welcome by us all here, it is of primary importance to us that our guests depart with exactly that feeling. We would love to see you return!

Impudent Oyster

We entertained some local friends with whom we were staying. It took a little while to choose our meals and we then ordered as volumes appeared large, each couple shared at least one course. My wife and I chose the salmon with king prawns. The meal was tasty but towards the end of eating this dish, I realised that we had not had the prawns at all. I told the waiter when he collected the plates and he said that he would talk to the kitchen. When the bill arrived, we noticed that the dish had been charged at full price even though it had not been the full portion. We were not happy to stay and argue, so I paid a 10% service charge instead of the expected twenty per cent. This rather spoilt what could have been an excellent evening out to dinner.
