This was the other place in Broken Hill where we had dinner. Just down Argent Street from where we stayed, we had an excellent meal, in comfortable and attractive surroundings, attended to by excellent wait staff. Can highly recommend. Great place for the lunch special. Good service, cold drinks and nice quick meal from a choice of four or five. Seemed to be popular with locals & pensioners. Found out the history of the club a little later, which as a trade unionist pleased me no end.
