We stayed at Pappamerlo for four nights in April 2019 and it has been a great deal.Located in what seemed to be Eden, the place is a lovely, new and welcoming b&b run by a really friendly family who delighted our stay with precious insights of the wonderful surroundings and with their delicious cuisine.I would surely recommend the typical Umbrian dishes present in the menu, as well as the home brewed Kahmen beer.All in all: a great place to visit Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and all the other beautiful villages in the surroundings, clean and cozy room, great food, welcoming hosts. A place I would surely recommend !Thank you for your beautiful review.We are happy to have had you on our holiday farm.Best regards from Italy

We split the cacio e pepe and each had the sliced steak with arugula & tomato with grana and I had it with pecorino cheese. Friendly service and the food was good.

We were refered by their neighbours, our B&B hosts Bart & Paul. We were not disappointed. Small menu, but all authentic, fresh and delicous dishes. As primi, I had the tagliatelle with asparagus and bacon, the best pasta dish I ate in Italy this far! My partner had the filled pasta with a spicy pommodori sauce, delicous as well. As secondi, we both chose the pork fillet with panchetta and really enjoyed it.

The wine (basically only Lungarotti) is fine, the food is acceptable but the service is poor and not very attentive. Not a smile to be seen especially from the (head) waiter. The seats are like garden chairs and incredibly uncomfortable. Not somewhere I would choose to eat in again.
