The restaurant is located in nature near the Elbe river and a forest, which contributes to the romantic atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and polite. As for the food, the deer in particular was absolutely exquisite. However, the green salad garnish on the side of the plate (a typical way of serving dishes in the Czech Republic) was completely unnecessary and destroyed the presentation of the entire meal; especially since it was a sauce dish. Moreover, the potato pancakes were from a semi-finished frozen product instead of being freshly prepared, which again does not correlate with the quality of the meat. All in all, it is a restaurant worth trying as it will give you value for the money spent.

The restaurant is located in Svaty Petr, a valley of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is a nice walk from the city centre. The restaurant offers czech and european meals of very high quality! There are nice views from the restaurant, have lunch there to see the whole valley. The space itself offers very contemporary design, although the hotel is located in a historical hotel. Try it out, if you are around. I will surely be back.

I figured that this place is considered (or rather considers itself) very fancy, judging from the overpriced (let's say, twice the Prague prices) menu items and bottles of Veuve Clicquot hanging from the ceiling. Turns out, it's just a generic Czech pub, with only generic food and extremely generic (typically unfriendly) staff, just with unreasonably multiplied prices. Go figure.

Go to this restaurant to experience perfect Czech food - in the good way. We had Schnitzel with grilled vegetables (pebbers, squash) and shared their vegetarian dish as a second side dish (beets and turnip baked, drizzled with Parmesan and walnuts). The meet was perfectly fried - not to dry nor to fatty and the side dish of grilled vegetables was just perfectly grilled. They have an outdoor grill going in the afternoon where I suspect they grill the vegetables to re-heat later - had a nice grill taste and with a slight bite. Decor is typically mountain style. Price extremely reasonable. Don't go anywhere else for the genuine Czech dining experience !

this restaurant is located high up the mountain and gives nice view over the mountains, if you can cath a table at the window. Variety of menus is good. Service is very good. The guy in charge of the restaurant: a man of gold. During the summer holidays, many student girls work in the restaurant. All of them kind and doing a good job. Please speak Czech, because the don't speak other languages. Beverages are at reasonable price. I would recommend this restaurant, but not the hotel (see my review on that).

Got good table, this place is well spaced unlike other places I have been where people ski, usually they are crammed in. Small wait time but they were full. Nice menu, good service, everyone enjoyed the meals, I will go back without hesitation and would have done if there had not been so many options. Go try.

Meals from a lunch menu were tasty and were prepared in a couple minutes.Service was pleasant.The restaurant is located near the city centre, so it could be problem to park there.It´s a good choice during a lunch time, especially when you´re in a hurry.

We have visited this area several times and regret not coming here sooner!The staff were very helpful and prompt on service.The food is among some of the best I have ever tasted and the layout of the restaurant is in keeping with the area and very stylish.We did not have a reservation but were seated straight away.Honestly can not rate this enough. We visited Spindleruv Mlyn last October (2018) and had a wonderful time at this beautiful little town.We had dinner at Bakchus and enjoyed every minute of it!!!The waiter was professional and very friendly !!We ordered the Pepper steak & the meat meal which were both excellent.We also ordered a desert which was gluten-free and a pure joy.We will definitely visit again when in the area.
