If Michelin were to Stars in Bad Iburg, this would be the place. The staff treat you like VIP, the English and French speaking chefs visit all the tables to ensure the best dining experience. The food is exquisite but as a tasting menu with wine is brilliant!. Trust me, you will love!!!

Het eten was goed en voldoende, maar de prijzen hoog voor een toch doordeweekse kwaliteit. Ook de drank tikte goed aan. Het decor is prachtig en men wil de glorie van vroeger hoog houden, maar met een minimum aan personeel - de receptioniste moest mee helpen opdienen- kan men die schijn niet ophouden. Ik had de indruk dat er laatst wel enkele veranderingen geweest waren, want blijkbaar was ook de naam van het restaurant veranderd. En van de vernieuwing waarvan men in de andere beoordelingen sprak, heb ik weinig gemerkt. Een andere chef misschien ?

Nach unserem SchloÃbesuch waren wir als Gruppe von fünfzig Personen zum Mittagessen in der SchloÃmühle vom Berge abgestiegen. Das Restaurant hat eine grandiose Lage am Charlottensee mit Blick aufs Landesgartenschaugelände 2018 und die Burg. Wir hatten vorbestellt zur Auswahl drei Gerichte - alle nach den Aussagen der Mitreisenden sehr lecker, Matjes, Schweinelachssteak in Pfeffersosse oder Putencurry. Für mich als Allergiker wurde trotz groÃer Gruppe ein Steak ohne Pfeffersauce und mit Salat ohne Joghurtdressing, sondern mit Essig und Ãl serviert. Sehr freundlicher Service, was bei so groÃes Gruppen auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Was mir noch positiv aufgefallen ist- ein Teil des Restaurants hat TeppichfuÃboden, ein Teil Bodenfliesen, ein Schild weist darauf hin, dass Hunde willkommen sind -aber nur im gefliesten Teil- das fand ich gut. Ein erfreuliches Erlebnis, als Gruppe dieser GröÃe keine Massenabfertigung zu erleben, sondern ordentlichen Service mit ordentlichen Essen.
