I ate garlic shrimp. They were a bit overcooked for my taste, but still tasty. It was served with rice and fresh cooked vegetables: a nice assortment. Others ate steak was excellent. Another had a personal size pizza which was still large enough to share. It was thin crust with not a lot of sauce.

You can't beat Rosi's for the freshness and the value! Ate here twice on our vacay and both times we all loved our meals. We had the chicken filet with rice and beans and steak sandwich (was really good but heads-up, it's a beef stew on bread...would've had it in a bowl had we known). Service was friendly and pretty quick considering each meal is prepared fresh. We paid $20 for four meals. Best value in Nosara!

We had lunch here and ordered fish tacos (delicious!!!), pizza (Hawaiian and 10 pies) and a quinoa bowl and everyoneâs food was very good. Half way through our lunch some monkeys decided to come out of the trees and run along the power lines which was very exciting for us to see. Service was quick and the prices are super reasonable!

You'd be hard pressed to want to go here for any other reason except that you are already in the area doing something else as it's very far from a main paved road...in fact it's about 12 miles down a rutted dirt road if coming from the Tamarindo area. We were in the area looking at nearby housing developments and stumbled across the Tiki bar when driving along the beach road. This area is very popular for surfers..more so than Tamarino as the waves are much better. The Tiki hut is perfectly situated along the beach, in the center of the surf action. The place is quite nice, plenty of seating both inside and outdoor, people are friendly. We didn't eat (only drinks) but saw many other's who appeared satisfied so I wouldn't hesitate to give it a go for food.

I had the pleasure of visiting this hotel and restaurant during the low season in Costa Rica. I've been to many places and stayed in many hotels and the thing that stands out the most for me with this place is the staff. Visiting another country can often be challenging because we're used to certain standards of service. What made the difference here is that the staff was amazing and was always up to the task of providing whatever we needed. The food was another lovely surprise! we enjoyed fresh whole fish roasted in the oven with vegetables. Fresh smoothies every morning made to order . The beds we're so comfortable.Some people like to complain about there being insects around the premises of hotels that happened to be in tropical climates. Here's a tip - turn on your air conditioning and bring mosquito repellent :)We had a cold,mini split providing a.c. and Roger gave us mosquito repellant! local Surfers confirmed the direction of secret beaches just four minutes away. The staff helped us rent surfboards and find out where we could also rent ATVs. Yes it was rainy but if you're a surfer you know that rain brings the best waves. The Buddha is located in a perfect spot between Marbella and Nosara there are several beaches along the coastline not listed in Surfline or Magicseaweed where some of the best surf can be found.We stayed at the Buddha hotel and restaurant by accident. However it was one of the best experiences in my Costa Rica Adventure.

This place was not here last time we visited. Guessing it is fairly new. The tables that sit above the beach provide great views and much needed shade after time on the beach. The service was prompt and friendly. Prices were reasonable and the food was good.

One stop you can get falafel, wraps, the best smoothies, great atmosphere. But wait! They have gifts that are amazing. They have massage and even Watso treatments but wait! Tattoos too. The owners are artists and do it all. The owners, Aikon and his wife are the Nicest people. Best service. Free wifi. Outdoor garden seating. Love it all. The wraps and smoothies are so good. Very healthy, organic and Delish!!!!!

No beach front restaurant but it's just step. No many restaurants in the area of San Juanillo but is the cheapest place for good food. Running for a local family, very fast to serve. The Fried fish is good and fresh, open air soda, Find a great diversity of dishes.
