The restaurant is located in a very interesting place, Colônia Mergulhão, an Italian settlement close to the airport that serves Curitiba. The Colônia offers some attractions and even wine tasting, and has many restaurants.Dulce is supposed to offer a "colonial meal" - traditional dishes served in a buffet, and it delivers partially with roasted pork and a plate of chicken, but then it adds their version of "barreado", which is typical from the coast of Paraná but not in the colonial buffets. The salads were poor in variety and quality - the tomatoes looked quite sad, and the pickles were taken from a container that betrayed their industrialized origin.There is an element of adventure involved in getting there: it is hard to find a parking spot (while you pray it does not rain otherwise you would have to walk through mud), there are huge lines, and the table assignment seems to be random (I was assigned a table that was already taken). If you succeed in getting into the restaurant, be prepared for the very simple accomodation (which is ok for a colonial restaurant) and the poor higiene (cleaning of the tables is a process you should not watch).The food is tasteless and the desserts (they are in a different buffet, exposed to the flies, more about them later on) are better left alone. And (as I confirmed by talking to the waitress) some items are not prepared in quantity to serve more than the few first customers.When you enter the restaurant, there is an ad stating that every meal entitles you to ride a mini-pony (if you're under eight, the small letters quickly add). I have no idea how many kids eat there (lots, for sure), but there was only one little creature that seemed exhausted - a worker told me there were no more rides that day because the pony became restless (I wonder why). Close to the restaurant there are some cages with rabbits, hens, roosters, a lone quail and some mammals that looked like guinea pigs (!). I am not fond of animal cruelty, so this added to the bad food in my disliking the place. As a final remark, the flies seem to divide their attention between the cages and the dessert table.

Fomos em um sábado por volta das 14:30hs, movimento médio, tudo que comemos entre doces e salgados estava ótimo, alguns pratos principais (empadões, pierogui, porco assado...) demoram um pouquinho a repor, mas nada preocupante para que esta indo a passeio e apreciando uma boa comida.
