Koni ist eine Institution in Neubrandenburg. GroÃe Cocktails, zusammengesuchtes Mobiliar, Lampen aus verschiedenen Epochen und ganz viel DDR-Kitsch in verschiedenen Räumen. Umfangreiche Cocktailkarte, aber nix zu essen. Bei Gruppen besser vorreservieren. Cocktails sind mindest 0,5 l groà für ca.7 â¬. Ich würde gerne aber mehrere kleine ausprobieren, als immer so ein Riesending austrinken zu müssen.

While taking a walk along the fascinating city walls of Neubrandenburg we came upon this quaint café located in the Friedland Gate. We couldnât resist the temptation to go in for a drink. There was nice outside seating at the back but we preferred to enjoy the pleasant ambiance inside. They offer food also, but we didnât try any so we canât comment on it.

We were there as part of a trip visiting Neubrandenburg. The cafe is located on the 13th and 14th floor of a tower in the middle of the city. We ordered the lunch platter for two which was a basic selection of assorted cold cuts and cheeses and rye bread. EUR 15 for two persons so this was indeed an OK price.Their selection of cakes and tarts is really good.

Schönes Ambiente, gutes Essen, kleine Speisekarte, aber trotzdem findet jeder etwas für sich. Im Sommer auch durch die AuÃenplätze im Schatten der Stadtmauer sehr angenehm, mit leckerem Eis und Kuchen.Ein klitzekleines Manko, da das Restaurant am Sonntag und Montag geschlossen hat, können wir es nur selten nutzen. Abendessen mit Familie oder Freunden- Vorbestellung unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Das kleine Lokal hinter dem verfallenden historischen âGrünen Baumâ hat sicher den Ehrgeiz, mit guten lokalen Produkten mal etwas anderes zu bieten. Wir waren gespannt aber am Ende enttäuscht. Die Gemüse-Tomatensuppe war zwar ordentlich, aber der âBoitzenburgerâ bestand aus zerbröselndem gebratenen Hack in einem deutschen Körnerbrötchen. Die Rechnung für diese einfachen Gerichte war denn doch zu hoch, kein Wunder, dass zweimal Gäste nach dem Studieren der Speisekarte wieder gingen. Zumal die Karte zu wenig Abwechslung bietet. Schade.

We spent a weekend in Fürstenberg and travel by boat on the lakes in the area. After returning the boat back in the evening we were looking for a place to eat. Unforunately (?) the restuarants on the lake front were reserved so we continued and decided to turn into a small road because we saw a sign with a restuarant Frosch & Fisch. The view outside was not that spectacular but the food and service were excelent. We did not regred after all stopping there. We hope that this new place will continue to serve its excelent food and coming from Berlin the prices for the food and drinks are unbeatable.
