There are many diners and restaurants on the Jersey Shore which serve breakfast; but, most are not very memorable. Marigold Market and Cafe is the exception. They offer a variety of breakfast choices, which are creatively constructed, that go well beyond the standard pancakes and eggs offered at most other restaurants. The items that I have tried so far have all been flavorful and well executed. The service was also excellent. For example, I never had to track down the wait staff to get more coffee. All things considered, I thought that the prices were reasonable for the quality provided. I look forward to returning to sample more of their menu.

We ate here twice over two days during a visit to spring lake. The cafe has a good atmosphere and the staff were friendly. We came in for a snack on one day which consisted of granola and yoghurt and a banana nut muffin that was grilled so was nice and warm. We ate breakfast here the following day and had a simple breakfast of bacon, eggs and toast and pancakes and bacon and eggs. The food was nice, not amazing but it satisfied us both. The banana muffin from the previous day was delicious though!! Thank you for this review! Qe are glad you loved us and took the time to share your dining experience on TripAdvisor! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Decided to try someplace new for lunch. Great view of the inlet on a beautiful day but the food was mediocre. I had fish n chips, thick reading, thin fish, frozen fries. Wife had fish tacos which were better, not great. I appreciate the review but wish you can give us another try. Our fish is prepared by us to order and every piece of fish is hand dipped in our homemade beer tavern batter. Our fish tacos have won several competitions and being featured on Diners, Driven and dives soon so perhaps you like the normal tacos from other places but here we create unique recipes and thus why we are still here after 51 years in business. We change parts of our menu every two years to keep it fresh and exciting. Thanks for trying us and hope to see you again.

Heard about Rays from a friend who told us about Lobster Sunday.Had dinner with friends and we werenât disappointed.Two of us had the lobster which you can get stuffed or not.I had the seafood fra diovlo which was delicious.Try the artichokes as an appetizer which come in a franchese style.Also the mussels in a white sauce delicious.Its a byob which is nice.Staff very friendly and Ray spent sometime talking with us.Will be back.

Me and my wife and 1 year old daughter were heaving an amazing time at point Pleasant Beach. Which was ruined by one person, Linda the manager at the food shack. We ordered food and were asked if we were staying or going to the beach. We said we were staying because we wanted to get our daughter out of the heat. So we waited for our food that we got in to go containers. Which was ok because they were busy and accidents happen. We took our food and went to sit down. Then Linda approaches us and starts telling us we are not allowed to sit inside because we ordered the food to go. She then begins to lecture us about how we were wasting containers, she made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. Her staff had to apologize for her behavior and other customers at the restaurant came up to us and told us she was out of line. When we approached her after the meal and told her how she made us feel she â oh stop it, i donât have time for this.â Linda should be washing dishes and have no access to customers as I would rather drive a half hour away then eat at a place that treats customers this way.

We always make a point of visiting Perks during our annual stay in Point Pleasant Beach. This is a casual country-type restaurant serving excellent food and offering excellent service. We usually go for breakfast - today we enjoyed breakfast for lunch. Unfortunately today was Perks last day open before closing for the season. We'll see you again Perks, probably next spring.

If you're looking for breakfast options that you can't find on every menu in every restaurant, then Meemom's is the place for you. The restaurant offers numerous interesting and mouth-watering options in the French toast arena, along with more traditional breakfast fare.I had the Pinocchio (strawberry French toast with strawberry mascarpone and pistachios) and my partner ordered the Black Forest French toast. Both were excellent, especially the Black Forest. Meals at this restaurant are sizable, hot, fresh, and very well made.Service was friendly and attentive, too. All around, this was a terrific place for us to have tried on a whim, and definitely, we will be back for more!Thanks so much for the high grade and great review! It was nice to come downstairs in the morning & enjoy a delicious breakfast. We were greeted warmly and all the waitstaff was in a excellent mood & joked with us! We had the pancakes,bacon & french toast,sausage...both were light & flavorful. It was nicely topped off with a great cup of tea.Our waitress was super but I can't remember her name!

We live in the area and have eaten lunch many times. The service is very friendly. It is a small casual place with sidewalk tables. We have burgers wraps and sandwiches and have never been disappointed. Try the sweet potato fries. They are the best Ive ever had.
