Open just a few hours a day, just a few tables inside, and a huge variety of food offerings. Some might be overwhelmed by having to approach the counter and order, but they should rest assured that the folks who are ready to take your order are your new best friends! Everything has great mouth appeal, we had a soup and sandwich combination along with a Reuben. We enjoyed the complexity of flavors, along with the warm and welcoming service!

We are open SEASONALLY between May and October. We are a FARM-TO-FORK experience. The Amish and local Farmers and Gardeners grow for us. We make and bake everything FRESH. Our menu changes daily. Dine in various rooms or Tea room, outdoors in the courtyar

A great place with a unique ambience. The menu choices are not the run of the mill selections. Fresh, unique, and delicious best describes the Ladybug. Open seasonally, it is a busy place for lunch and groups seem to enjoy get togethers in various rooms.

Clear Lake has longed for some one to open a bakery on town since the Clear Lake Bakery closed years ago. So finally the Mixdorfs opened their excellent donut shop where the former Tinker's Reef had been on South Shore Drive.They have regular and filled long Johns, donuts, Bismarks, and a host of other goodies that change from day to day - always to please the hungry well. Included in their menu are noon luncheon favorites like meatball or loose meat sandwiches even a couple of soups of the day.They open for the early crowd but close at 2 pm.... Get there early before they sell out.OH, and try the filled Bismarks that have the peanut butter frosting...... to die for!!!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful review! Owning a small business and raising our family in our hometown is a dream come true...thank you for your support!PS: the peanut butter glazed raspberry bismark is my favorite too! ;)

A sweet little place right next to the iconic Surf Ballroom. Fills up quickly but they take reservations. Outside patio dining is especially nice. The filet mignon and lobster Mac & Cheese are fabulous. Great wine selection and a fabulous glutton free chocolate torte make a great meal.
