My wife, adult daughter and I had breakfast with two friends here on a Friday morning at 9 in late July. We ordered coffee, three kinds of eggs Benedict, juice and another entree. Service was prompt and attentive and our coffee cups stayed well filled. We enjoyed our meal, and the bill with 20% tip came to $85 which seems fine for feeding 5 of us a sizable breakfast. Ambiance here is not fancy, so it gets a 4. Food was tasty, so it gets a 4. Location is good, right on Broad off New Street, so location gets a 5, and value gets a 4, while service gets a 5. That works out to an overall 4. This was our second time eating at Billyâs and we likely will do so again next time we are in Bethlehem.Hello PhilosophicalOldGuy, I appreciate the in depth review. It helps us see where we can improve and to see what we are doing right. We'll definitely work on making sure the ambiance is set right, as well as keep making sure our food is up to the standards that we have become known for. Upon recommendation I tried the fried lemony tasty cauliflower and chicken gyro. Itâs plentiful for one person; come hungry. Food is great and taste very much home cook. Selections are great! I am going back to try other food. There is huge outdoor seating area; inside seatings are limited; I went during off-peak hour, I had a very attentive server and everything was served promptly.

The food is great and we often go. But this is not a place for a quick bite. When busy,service is a bit low but food always hot and fresh.We don't mind. Owners and waitress very nice.

This small neighborhood place is worth visiting with a friend or two. Seating and kitchen are squeezed into a living room size space. Love the patterned metal ceiling! The breakfast menu is also small and interesting. I had a mac and cheese skillet (with bacon, sausage, potato bottom and egg on top). Next time I'll try the shrimp and grits crepe, my second choice. My companions had more standard breakfast fare. The pork and red pepper omelet was delicious. All choices under $10. Fast, friendly service. Our trips to Lehigh will definitely include return visits to the People's Kitchen!

On our latest visit we went for brunch. The menu is always different which is something we love! The entrees never disappoint. Make sure you check out the dessert case. You may want to start there! Make reservations!

Wow! going to Diana's Cafe for her monthly dinner special was fantastic. She offers a priced fixed menu ($50 ) for a five course meal. Appetizer, soup, salad, entree and dessert. I can't say enough about it and it's BYOB. Reservations are required and the menu is posted ahead of time on the website. The service was great and Diana was in constant presence helping serve and speaking to her guests. We will definitely make a return for her next event and bring friends.
