The only thing that annoyed me a little bit was the address information, it's 149 Praça Rubião Junior and although it's correct indeed... Google Maps just can't find this address correctly misleading to some places that has nothing to do with it. And there's actually a place in the neighborhood called Rubião Jr. which makes things even worse. The best way to find it is to search for R. Monsenhor Ferrari, 149. The food is really good, often with some twist that steps out of the ordinary stuff. Same for the beverages.

A beautiful house downtown Botucatu, serving honest food. It can get a little crowd, so don't arrive late. You ought to serve yourself and eventually you'll have to wait in a queue.

A good per kilo place. Good salad bar and buffet "rice, beans...." and churrasco with picanha, sausage, cheese and so on. R$3.50 for a can of pop. Overall good food for a good price.

Best pizza I had in Brazil. If anything, the service was too attentive. The owner was gregarious and welcoming. Many different choices of toppings. They serve beer. There were many large parties there and it was clear that it was a popular meeting place for the locals.

This restaurant is located just outside of town on a dirt road next to a German bar and a pizza restaurant. The inside has is quite nostalgic with old signs and antiques - always something to catch your interest. The atmosphere is pretty laid back. There was a bit of a wait to get the food so if you order an appetizer or salad it would be a good idea. The food was well worth the weight. They have amazing steaks (very thick) with outstanding flavor and tenderness. You won't go wrong ordering one, and I am not a steak person. The chicken was also very good with added spices. Me had some French fries with it and they were also very tasty. They have a schedule for bands that play so that is something to consider. Overall great place to eat.

Oh boy Brazilian food is so salty ..however you will find a lot of fruits and veggies, Brazilian people know how cook veggies like no one else, always full of flavor. You should try a bit of everything and always ask a juice ,never ask orange try something exotic .

O Jardim restaurante é um restaurante por Kilo na Demétria em Botucatu. Bem situado na entrada do bairro, rodeado por outros bons restaurantes. O espaço é amplo, bem distribuÃdo, claro, com atendentes atenciosos. A comida é caseira de base vegetariana e orgânica, como é tradição no bairro. Tem opções de carnes brancas e vermelhas. Tudo bem saboroso. São várias opções, com sucos e sorvetes caseiros.Convém reservar a sobremesa principalmente o struddel de maçã, pois acaba.
