We had a family lunch here in January 2019 and to be honest it was great. We waited a little bit longer than I expected but when the appetizers arrived the things were improved. All the food was very good, the meat was cooked perfectly and the price was very low. We stopped here to have a meal, they only do grilled food which was superb. The wine was on tap which was locally made. It's run by a family who were very friendly.

I'm abstemious and penurious with the "circles" I give out in reviews. Unfortunately, a 3-circle review on Trip Advisor brings the average down; 5-circle reviews occur too frequently and result in "grade inflation." This is a very, very good 3-circle restaurant that I rate 4-circles here because of the way people use the system.The meats (veal and steak) are very good and the restaurant goes out of its way to note that the viands come from famed provisioner Dario Cecchini way down in Tuscany! A diner should feel good about a restaurant that goes out if its way to procure quality products.The service was prompt and attentive. The ambiance is not luxurious but quite comfortable. The restaurant is about a 10 - 11 ⬠cab ride from center city.

This was a wonderful evening, a great ambience, superb cuis8ne, a mini filet mignon with foie gras to start, flambeed before your eyes, and the wine list is also great..recommend the cheese fused tagliata with bread rumbs, and donât miss their chantilly desserts. Highly recommended. Wonderful service too.

Piacevole cena di fine agosto nella terrazza verandata. Tartara con crostini e lardo pata negra con pecorino come antipasto. Il famoso spiedone di carne e salsa al curry con verdure per quattro. Carne di maiale ottimamente cucinata allo spiedo e carne di marzo con cottura media di ottima qualità . Attesa 50 minuti. Ho letto che alcuni commensali si sono lamentati per la lunga attesa. Ma per cucinare la carne in quel modo impeccabile senza che sia precotta i tempi non possono essere che quelli. Servizio professionale e gentile. Ambiente accogliente. Prezzo giusto. Consigliatissimo.
