Ritornati dopo un anno memori dell' esperienza passata , non posso che riconfermare la genuinità e l'ottima qualità delle carni cotte in questa macelleria braceria .Sempre ottima la pagnotta , i salumi e formaggi,assaggiati come antipasto.Prezzo ottimo ,considerato che in dodici ,oltre a gli antipasti,abbiamo mangiato anche circa 5 Kg. di carne ( composti da 2 bistecche di scottona , 2 di cavallo , 2 tagliate di carne e varie specialità di carne del luogo) in più varie bottiglie d'acqua ed un litro di vino ad un costo di 135 euro , praticamente il prezzo di un panino e bibita in un fast food.Pulito , servizio alla buona ( tutto in carta),normale per questo tipo di locale, grande cortesia dei proprietari gentilissimi.

We went to Villa 58 with great expectations, wich were fully made. The staff was very friendly and the service was magnificent. As primi we had delicious orrechiette and the linguine with seafood. As secundi we had the pork belly and the salmon. Everything was perfectly cooked and the wine was very good! When you come tot Ginosa, don't hesitate to go to Villa 58!

This place is essentially a butcher shop with a wood-fired grill and restaurant attached. You can go into the butcher counter area, choose your meat (or meats) tell them how you like it cooked and perfection on a plate appears. There are three dining areas- inside, the inside smokers terrace and the outside on artificial grass. It is by no means fancy but dinner for two with plenty of wine and a digestif for less than â¬20! Our cocktails at Bar Jonio cost that much!I had carne equina - cavallo- basically a sirloin steak that just wasn't beef but tasted better- and it was perfectly grilled. We had some homemade sausage as well and it too was very nice.We stayed in Marina do Ginosa one night- the B&B owner suggested this place right across the road- and we are so glad we went.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is fresh, you pick the meat you want to eat before they prepare it for you. Everything is so tasteful. It was a great gastronomic experience for me, I'm always wowed by the Italian cuisine and restaurants. It's a place for business, pleasure and it's family friendly

Ci siamo recati presso questa macelleria/ Braceria, consigliati da una mia carissima amica.Effettivamente passi prima nel reparto macelleria, dove il signor Franco ti consiglia, sulla base dei tuoi gusti, quale pezzo di carne scegliere. La Pesa della carne è fatta davanti a te e poi ti fa accomodare nella zona ristorante.Qui c'è un personale molto molto gentile che ti illustra a voce le pietanze preparate proposte dal ristorante.Noi abbiamo scelto due tipi di bombette pugliesi, una tagliata di carne, delle verdure grigliate, delle polpette, salsiccia mista, della trippa e due antipasti fatti con formaggio e salumi pugliesi.A noi è piaciuto tutto. siamo rimasti soddisfattissimi. Un po' meno le polpette che ci sono sembrate troppo piene di pane e la tagliata che era un po' dura e, a mio avviso, non preparata con la carne giusta.Per dolce Abbiamo scelto del gelato di Lucarelli.Tutto ottimo.Peccato che noi e l'altra famiglia di amici non siamo riusciti a tornarvi per mancanza di tempo. lo consigliamo. Prezzi onesti.Le bombette erano spettacolari.

anyway good food.Big dining room but a little "cold" , I prefer old room more traditionally.Clean and warmy people.Price 15 euro for entry and meat.If you go there try the "marretto" something tasty and expecial.
