We enjoyed our dinner so much we went back for lunch the next day. Salads are massive and I was advised that the one I had chosen was too big to have as a starter so I had it the next day for lunch instead. Meat is grilled over a wood fire in the front room of the restaurant. Our côté de bÅuf was perfect. The patron works like a whirling dervish cooking and waiting tables. At a busy time you might have to wait for your food as he only has a small grill! Corsican hospitality at its best.

All three is the answer. This restaurant has probably the best atmosphere in Corte. It manages to combine it functions very well, so food and drink may be taken in differing quantities. The menu is limited which is excellent since all the meat is fresh and cooked on the fire. The staff are charming, there is plenty of space between the tables and the you do not feel hurried. The only downside is the TV. It is common to find a TV is restaurants in Corsica and it is easily forgotten with the delightful surroundings, Corsican music and excellent food. It is a hidden gem and sure to become one of the most popular in the city.

Food is delicious (everything is fresh) and service is fantastic, such a great place. We ate there 2 nights in a row and enjoyed it every time. We really recommend this place. The young people who took over this place recently are really doing an amazing job. Unfortunately, we are leaving tomorrow but we hope to come back soon.
